Wonderful stay

Beautiful condo as pictured. Very clean and comfy. Convenient to all area attractions. No hot tub on property as described but there is a larger jetted soaker tub in the expansive master bedroom which may be what description referred to. Overall great place and would absolutely stay again.

Family vacation

This is our second trip to this location and we love the area and what the condo has to offer. Nicely furnished bedrooms and a spacious balcony to watch the sun rise and set. Our only suggestions would be to provide some plastic dinner wear for children and to furnish the kitchen with a sharp knife set. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan on going back.

Spacious Condo - Great View

This is a well appointed unit with everything we needed for a great week in Destin. Easy access to property and parking. Wonderful, large living space and balcony with comfortable furnishings and perfect view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

We had a great stay/ weekend away. Condo was nice, happy that it was 2nd floor bc elevators can be busy at check in time. The only thing is property said there was pull out bed in sofa there was none. Other wise plenty of room and blankets for everyone!! Would recommend to friends and family for a good time and nice location to everything.

This property was Great!! The stay got better when both elevators were working. The Wi-Fi was very slow but I was on vacation so it worked out. The only thing that was bothersome was the dirty floors of the Condo. Would definitely recommend to stay here!!!!

Issues

The air condition did not work. The refrigerator did not work properly, would not keep anything cold. They had to move us to another unit which was a pain to move everything out to the new unit. This was supposed to be a fun and relaxing vacation and it was just the opposite.

Quick trip

Location was great. Condo is close to beach. Brandon, the maintenance guy was great and communication with prop mgr was great. The only thing negative is that the floors need to be mopped a lot better. Our feet were black after walking on the floor a few short mins. I got Lysol wipes and mopped the whole floor to try to clean the floors. We pay for cleaning fee so please clean them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were celebrating a milestone anniversary by the beach for the month of Nov. and chose Breakers East. It was a great choice. The unit is beachy chic and very cozy. It has a great view of the pool, the grilling area and the beach. We left the doors open at night to hear the waves. Everything we needed was already provided including kitchen items and appliances, washer and dryer, small second refrigerator, three tv’s, deck chairs and table, sheets, towels, large closets and even beach towels. All we needed initially was food and groceries stores are very close. The unit was very clean and located right across from the elevator and garbage chute. Carts are available to move luggage and groceries to your condo. The staff on sight was very helpful and friendly.Overall, the experience at Breakers East was wonderful and I would return.

Wonderful Start for the New Year

Very functional and comfortable furniture, bedrooms well stocked with linens & extra blankets if necessary. The location is very convenient to grocery stores (within walking distance) as we had no vehicle. Lyft/Uber readily available if required.The only negative was that it takes about 4-5 minutes for the hot water in the shower to heat up, however it was really a non issue . I would most definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. Owners very responsive. During the stay one of the hairdryers broke but there was a second one in the other bathroom. I reported it and voila a new one was delivered early the next day. There was some building maintenance going on during the stay and we were always kept up to date and informed. Excellent and professional communication from the beginning.

The beach service is a huge plus. Overall, the view was amazing but the condo was just ok. It was a little dated and there was no water pressure in the master bath shower which was frustrating. The living room furniture looked very old. The bed was comfortable and I liked the comforter so much that I purchased the same one when I got home. The cabinets were nice but it needs a pantry for food storage. We would stay at breakers east again. Infact, this was our 2nd time but last year we had a different condo unit. We would pick a different condo unit next time for the experience. There are only 2 elevators and one was broken for 2 days but they did get it fixed. Many things to do around the area and location was great.
