The main living floor has vaulted ceilings with the focus on the wall of glass looking out into the screened porch with views of the Bay beyond. The shared dock is straight off the driveway from the house which makes it a much more convenient walk! To complete your entertainment, a large flat panel television banks one wall with Netflix capability and DVD player as well as multiple flat panels throughout the other bedrooms, also with smart capability. The sofa on this level also makes into a Queen hide-a-bed. The separate dining room also has vaulted ceilings with views onto the open sun deck facing the Bay. The eat-in kitchen seats four at the bar and also faces the living area. The top floor loft style bedroom is off the kitchen and has a private bath and is perfect for kids with two sets of single bunk beds and a slight view of the Gulf!
