This bright and spacious condo is located at Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores. The amenities at the Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club are endless! The community features a beautiful pool deck with loungers, direct waterfront heated pool and a hot tub. There are 4 private lighted tennis courts, pickleball and shuffleboard - please bring your own rackets and cues. After an active day of sports, what is better than to relax in the onsite sauna! Access code for sauna and tennis courts will be provided at check in. Boat slips are available to drop off or pick up your friends for a fun filled day on the water, no overnight parking. Apart from the boat docks you will find a nice fishing dock. Gas grills and several tiki huts waterside are available to prepare your catch of the day and gather with family and friends. You will also enjoy the large 8th floor patio deck with lounge chairs and stunning panoramic water views. Several coin operated washers and dryers are available on the 4th floor. Easy and convenient beach access across the street.
Restaurants (including Salt Rock Grill), bars, and miniature golf easily within walking distance. Famous Salt Rock Grill is just steps away. The Suncoast Beach Trolly stops right out front. Jump in and explore the 30-mile-long stretch of beaches between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
