Bella Vita 11 is located in the heart of Indian Shores directly across from Salt Rock Grill. Bella 11 sits perched above the sandy shoreline with a beachfront balcony that offers magnificent views of the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Bring the whole family and the dog (1 dog per unit) (20lb weight limit) to this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage that can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. There is not a pool at the complex but the Gulf of Mexico is so close you can taste the salt in the air.
BellaVita is a privately-owned complex of 4 units. The living area offers 2 sets of French doors that open directly up to the covered deck overlooking the beach. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a full bed with a full size bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combo. The living room boasts a coastal chic design that was recently updated with a new queen sleeper sofa and love seat. A shared laundry room is located at the complex for added convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for a home cooked meal and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. There is also a shared charcoal grill that sits next to 2 picnic tables that are located directly under the cottage. This beach cottage has everything you will need to make lasting beach memories!

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need . Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a community washer/dryer. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Dogs are permitted in this vacation rentals and must be arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. Only 1 dog permitted and must not weigh over 20lbs. is acceptable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Home away/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
