Summary:

This Arcadia Lite 4,400 sqft home sits on a rare half-acre premium lot. Completely redesigned backyard combines fun and games with a south beach inspired pool & spa area. Recent enhancements include a new firepit, BBQ grill, garage converted game room, and a Pickleball/basketball sport court. soft and cozy mattresses and linens and 4 bedrooms have a private bathroom. Kids nook inside to separate from the main living area. Pool heat upon request ($100/day extra). Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.



The Space:

Step into a home crafted for the joy of togetherness and designed to host larger groups with flair. The interior is a delightful symphony of spaces, featuring two distinct living areas beneath the roof. One area is thoughtfully arranged as a vibrant 'kids nook' nestled next to the pool table, providing a haven for youthful exuberance. Meanwhile, the primary living space beckons with an open layout, abundant seating, and an atmosphere that encourages shared moments.



The west wing unveils four private bedrooms, each a secluded sanctuary complete with its own full bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy. On the northeast side, the fifth bedroom, adorned with a queen bed, offers cozy respite, although without an en-suite bathroom.



Venture outdoors, where the living space seamlessly extends to embrace everyone simultaneously. Gather around the inviting 8-seat fire pit, or dine al fresco at the generously sized outdoor table for 10. Relax poolside on one of the eight loungers, or indulge in the ultimate luxury with two daybed/cabanas.



For the sports enthusiasts, a dedicated sport court awaits on the north side of the property, promising spirited games and active enjoyment. The Neighborhood:

Arcadia Lite is a quaint upscale neighborhood in Phoenix. Arcadia is known for it's very accessible centralized location. We are only minutes away from some of the best dining and nightlife accommodations Scottsdale has to offer. Oldtown is only a short Uber away. Downtown is 10 minutes away and the airport is 12 minutes away. The up-and-coming area of Biltmore is less than 10 minutes away from this house.



Getting Around:

Navigating the area is a breeze from this centrally located haven. Various transportation options provide convenient access to nearby attractions and beyond. We offer pool heating at $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The heating system is gas powered allowing us to typically maintain low to mid 80s during even the coldest months. To add to your rental record, payment in full must be made at least 48 hours prior to checkin.

Our family group of 16 stayed over the Thanksgiving 2025 weekend and pd 2500 a night. The activity amenities can't be beat! The pool, spa, pickleball/basketball court, putting green, lounge areas, pool table, arcade games in the garage made for many good times!!! The heated pool allowed for hours of comfortable swim time. As for the above this rental is superb. Also beds are comfy memory foam and the house and bedding was very clean. The sleeping arrangements are where things get frustrating and disappointing. Though the house claims to sleep 16, it only does so by putting 8 in ONE room. Worse, those 8 must sleep in queen over queen bunk beds!Some of our needs were not prepared for in advance, such as the number of bath towels needed for 16 but this was remedied by the cleaning crew day 1. Also, the pickle ball net was broken but Amazon delivered bungee cords so we could fix it. Most of the basketballs were flat and the pump provided did not work. We had requested a waffle iron but it didn't arrive in time. Other fixes needed:The great room TV does not connect to the internet.The safety outlets in every room will not hold charging plugs Left master sink is clogged.Wash cloths are not provided.There was no dish soap in the kitchen.

One of the best rentals I’ve stayed at

If I could give this place six stars I would. The property is incredible. I visit my sister in Arizona frequently and typically stay at the Phoenician but this will be my go to future spot for sure. Ross accommodate a late check out and the house has everything we needed. The kids had a blast as did the adults. We will be back! Thanks so very much!

Great stay - perfect backyard

We had a couple of families stay for a week at the Oasis! The backyard was perfect for our active kids. They spent hours on the basketball court, putting green and in the pool/hot tub! Never a bored moment for them! The adults enjoyed the pickle ball court and firepit. It was perfect watching the NCAA tournaments outside by the firepit on the outdoor TV! I appreciate Ross’ attention to us as guests too! Will use them again for our next stay in Phoenix/Scottsdale!
