Best vacation we ever had!

The owner was very pleasant and went above to make our vacation wonderful. The cleanest and nicest place we ever stayed at. We try to come down at least two times a year. I will definitely be staying there again and no where else.

Breathtaking Views and Amazing Host!

We came for Spring Break 2025, and my mom’s 80th and my teen’s 16th birthday celebration. Due to storms, mom wanted to leave a day earlier, and when I called Mara (the Host) I received an immediate response and was super exited my mom and her friend could be accommodated! Walking in the door, it was breathtaking, clean and even had the TV going with music! We felt as if we were at a 5star resort! The condo was completely stocked with everything we could imagine from water, to spices, pots, pans, and even paper plates, and coffee! It made our Grocery run that much shorter!We could sit and watch the waves crashing into the shoreline from the balcony and had several days with just relaxing champaign brunches outside. What an amazing place,it was paradise. We didn’t want to leave. Our Teen loved the heated pool! And had friends staying at the Hilton, so it was a convenient 3 minute walk along the beach to visit them.Throughout the trip Mara was extremely responsive if we had any questions. Recommendations were on point for Restaurants, things to do, etc.I travel extensively for work and pleasure, and when I say this was my most favorite place, it is saying a lot! I highly recommend the condo and especially Mara!!! We felt as if we were family the entire time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Peaceful bliss!

My friend and I went to Miramar Beach for a Girls Trip to celebrate my retirement. The condo was beautiful. Marla went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. She supplies toiletries and even left is some snacks and drinks. The condo has everything you need. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which has beautiful views. We would definitely come back.

Amazing!!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The outdoor sofa on the balcony is the place to be!! A gorgeous view, you could see both sunrise and sunset the week we were there. Mara is a great host. She reached out ahead of our stay with restaurant recommendations and was incredibly responsive at all times We loved our stay and will definitely be back here again

PERFECT!

We had the best family vacation with our adult daughters at this property. Mara was the ultimate host and made sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. During our stay, she checked in to make sure everything was as expected. The condo is very, very nice and had everything we needed. The property and grounds were also very nice and well kept. The beach was wonderful. The location of the property is perfect; near shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Many things to do outdoors including pickle ball, tennis, mini golf and basketball. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The unobstructed view was spectacular. The property is next to a preserve/state park, so the beach was not crowded and we enjoyed our morning runs and walks along the shoreline. We couldn't have had a better stay!

Beyond Exceptional

The location: amazing, the property: amazing, the condo: amazing, the owners/host: amazing. In short, book this rental for your stay—you will not be disappointed. If you didn’t want to, you would never have to leave. The property has everything you could imagine: the ocean as far as you can see, two pools, a restaurant and tiki bar, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, pickleball. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable with a balcony that you’ll be hard-pressed to leave. Mara, the host, is an excellent communicator and virtual tour guide. She has thought of everything to make your stay as seamless as possible. We’ve been vacationing on the Gulf for many, many years and this is the best stay we’ve ever had by far. This property is perfect for families of all ages. Mara, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with our family.

Wonderful Condo better than pictures!

I had such a wonderful stay at Miramar Beach in this condo. The beach was amazing. As soon as I came into the condo, I just felt like I never want to leave. The owner of the property was so nice to us and welcoming. It was the best hospitality. I really needed to get away because I wasn’t able to this summer it was just perfect.

Fantastic Gulf View/Front Condo on 14th Floor!

We stay in vacation rentals two to three times a year and have had the good, bad and ugly at times. This Condo was great! Mara contacted us prior to our arrival and gave us all the information we needed, as well as made great suggestions for restaurants and nightlife in the area. The condo was recently, tastefully updated and was very clean. It was fully stocked with the basics. TP, paper towels, coffee makers, cookware, knives, spices, etc. Mara gave us the number for the company that sets up beach chairs, and we had them reserved for everyday we were there. An easy walk to the beach, not lugging a bunch of chairs and umbrellas. The beach and water were spectacular! Just what we were looking for. A great panoramic view of the gulf, easy walk to the beach, refreshing pool, easy drive from the airport and plenty of close by restaurants. Thank you, Mara, for a fantastic vacation!!

PERFECT STAY

This property was extremely clean and nicely decorated. It was spacious and the pictures looked exactly like the property. It was stocked better than any rental we have stayed at. The views were excellent. Mara is a great host. She was extremely helpful. She answered any questions we had quickly. She went up and above to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back!!! The BEST CONDO!!!

AMAZING CONDO! Fully stocked kitchen everything you need! I suggest going to the condo before going to the grocery store! Mara is by far the best host! She went over & beyond her duty to make sure we had everything we needed & if we needed anything else all we had to do was text! We had 2 amazing firework shows! The view from the condo was outstanding. Our 2 teenage sons loved all the activities on the campus! We will be back!

AMAZING views and hospitality!!

My husband, myself and our 7 year old son take a yearly vacation to Destin! We LOVED this condo. It was absolutely beautiful as well as stunning views. It was SPOTLESS! Absolutely perfect!

I could not have asked for anything better than our experience with this property! We have stayed at two similar condos at Tides (floors 10 & 11, beachfront) and they were very nice, but this one was just perfect and really exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, super comfortable and very well stocked!! The balcony has awesome cozy furniture and a gorgeous unobstructed view. Mara was wonderful to work with before, during and after our stay. She is the best! I usually like to try different condos each year but I have found one that I will definitely book again if possible. We can’t wait to go back!

The BEST stay!

The condo is everything you need/want and more (as expected or even better than the pictures), but the hosts are above and beyond. This was our first family vacation as a family of 4, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing vacation. We have a 1 and 4 year old. They went out and bought new toys, plates, cups, and provided us with a crib, high chair, and wagon for us to use. She gave tons of recommendations that were tailored to fit my family. There was an issue with the tub and she went above and beyond to fix it, even though I assured we would be fine as is. I just cannot say enough great things about this place and the family that graciously rented it out to us. 5 stars is not even enough to capsulate what their review deserves. We will most definitely be back! If you rent here, I promise that you will only come and leave with the homiest and best feelings! Mara, if you’re reading this, you are one amazing person! We appreciate everything you did for our family. Side note: go to the condo first, inventory, make a shopping list, then go shopping. Don’t double buy like we did.

We arrived to the condo being in perfect condition ! It was clean and organized. The owner’s information about the property was helpful so we could plan dining and grocery choices. The balcony view was breathtaking!! Beach and pool access were convenient. The kitchen was stocked with all things needed to prepare food. We would definitely stay in this lovely beach condo again!
