Winter Seasonal Information:
This property is ski in/out via the Burro Trail but please note it is for advanced skiers only. Maps to the runs and house are provided upon booking.

Ski Out - From the back door down the Burro Trail to Lower Lehman and the base of Peak 9. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Ski In You must ride the Falcon chair to the top of Peak 10. Proceed down Cimarron, a black diamond, to the back country gates on the cat walk, follow the path to the home.

Summer Seasonal Information:
• Easy downhill hike to town (¾ mile). Close to hiking, mountain biking, and water sports.
• Downhill hike to town (about 3/4 of a mile) along side a stream
• Hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly to the Burro Trail outside the home
• Whitewater rafting, Horseback Riding, Paddle boarding, Dog Sledding, Snowmobiling, Zip Lines, Adventure Parks, are all with in miles of the home

• Nearest Public Airports: Denver International (105 miles) or Eagle County airport (80 minutes).
• Nearest Private Airports: Buena Vista, Kremmling, Rocky Mountain Airport
• Transfers: Private transportation available.
• Semi-Private JSX flights now serve Rocky Mountain Airport in Boulder, CO.

Important Notes:
• No Events: Weddings, receptions, or functions are strictly prohibited.

• Exterior Security: Two outdoor cameras monitor forest views (100% exterior).

Our stay was fantastic. Wouldn't change a thing! Jason, the manager, is very responsive, answered all my questions, and helped with anything we needed.
The house is perfect for our large group. The bedrooms are specious and super comfortable. All the bathrooms are great. The living area handles the large group, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for all our dinners. We have rented a lot of ski houses and this is our favorite.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
The property is as described, which is wonderful! We had a very large group and it felt like everyone had plenty of space for privacy. The host was thorough and extremely responsive. A few other notes: - Check in and out was seamless - Kitchen is well stocked- We skied out every day straight to Quicksilver Lift - Skiing back into the property is more difficult (for expert skiers) - Host goes above and beyond to provide great recommendations and to familairize you with the property

Very relaxing
Went with some buddies on a guys trip that was outstanding . The views out the family room,, dining room,,and the deck are breath taking . We cooked two out of the three nights taking full advantage of the all equipped kitchen and outside grill and dining table . All the bedrooms are comfy and quiet giving all of us our private space . The hiking out the backdoor was awesome with beautiful scenery and it was easy to hike down to town and back from a bourbon festival that we all enjoyed . I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future .

Terrific property and host.
We stayed here with a large group that ranged from 13-17 people. House is very spacious and housed us all with ease. Location on the free shuttle was awesome (shuttle stop is right in front of the house). Does have ski in/ski out ability for advanced skiers. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend and we'll be renting here again.

Breck House
This place was amazing and Jason was the best to work with! We would for sure stay here again when traveling back to Breck. We went for my husband's 40th Birthday with 12 of our friends and the space was great for that large of a group. The kitchen was stocked and there was a great service that picked up groceries for you. The hot tub was fun and it was a good location into town! We highly recommend and hope we can make it back again one day!

Fantastic vacation
This house was perfect for our group, including my wife, who requires ADA access. The open plan on the main floor was wonderful. Giant kitchen with enough seating for our group of 13. The kitchen was well-appointed with plenty of utensils/pots/pans/appliances. The LR had a giant sofa, combined with two chairs, easily seating our entire group. The remaining bedrooms had fans and humidifiers, totally unexpected, but welcome! Back deck is large with sweeping views. The grill worked out perfectly - even had a spare LPG tank. The hot tub was clean and large enough for 6 adults - great views! Great spot in the neighborhood. The Upper Warrior Mark bus will pick you up directly across the street. Shout out to Britany with At Your Breck and Call for grocery delivery and personal chef. One note: Unless you are a technical skier, ski-in is challenging. Ski-out requires intermediate skills. The van picks up across the street and drops off at the Marriott (base of peak 9) in 5 minutes. Pickup spot is in the same spot at the Marriott - 10 mins or less back to the house. VERY easy. Jason was fantastic and very responsive.

We have been renting ski vacation homes for our growing family for many years. This was the most comfortable home we have stayed at. Great Breckenridge Getaway
We've been coming to Breckenridge off and on for many years, and this was by far the best home we have stayed in. Beautiful home with an amazing view of the mountains. Loved sitting on the deck and listening to the Blue River run through the trees below. Great trails right out the back door. Home had plenty of space and privacy for our family. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels, both a plus for us. Manager Jason was extremely helpful before and during our stay, and quickly available via text messaging. Home is a quick drive to town. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing Views!
We had such a wonderful time with family at this house. It was immaculately clean and well appointed. The views from the deck were absolutely fantastic and we loved sitting out enjoying the gorgeous views and crisp air. We took a hike right from the steps down in the back yard. Jason was extremely helpful and immediately available for questions before and throughout our stay. I would love to own this home but I’ll have to settle for renting it again sometime!

Perfect backdrop for a women's business retreat!
11 women came together for a week of business brainstorming and masterminding, and this home couldn't have been more ideal! We loved the big open family room, tons of space and privacy in all the rooms, the hot tub, the deck, the view, and the proximity to town and the trails. My only recommendation is to maybe label the kitchen drawers because we spent a LOT of time searching for things we needed (which we always eventually found). Thanks so much for everything!

clean home with a beautiful view, large house but note that most bedrooms are on the ground floor is that is an issue for you. there were some minor issues i advised the property manager about but nothing serious. Please Note, this is not a ski in ski out property for all. Ski in during our trip was really only available to advanced skiers and ski out is definitely not for beginners and could be better marked.

What an amazing property and a perfect destination for our quick, after-Christmas, family ski trip.
From our first contact with Jason and Alpine Outposts… the rental of this property was an absolute pleasure. Communication about our rental was highly informative, timely and complete. And the property itself… awesome! Plenty of space for all our family members and guests but still a homey feel for all to gather around the fireplace and enjoy the company. Property was convenient for those who went skiing/boarding and offered spectacular views for those of us who stayed in and just relaxed. Also… keep an eye out for a little fox friend who will appear at your door looking to join your party. Overall the property is a 5-Star. Jason is 5-Star. And our overall experience is 5-Star. I have been thinking long and hard about how to describe my overall experience, and ultimately, there is not enough room in this box to convey how overwhelmingly positive it actually was. The location was perfect, your'e about a 4 min drive down the hill to main street. There are regular bus routes, and there is a pickup right across the street. The house is huge, but still feels cozy. The view from the living room is amazing! I could stare out those windows all day. Jason, my point of contact, was always available and extremely informative and very professional. I am already planning a return trip. If you're thinking about reserving this place, do it.

Corporate Group Stay
Our group included seven individuals and the house fit us well. Each person had their own bedroom. The best part of the house is the main level's size and open floor plan. Very conducive for groups to visit and have space for everybody to sit. Our stay included bringing a private chef in for dinner and the main level's size provided the chef plenty of kitchen space to work while we sat in the living room enjoying apps and drinks. The view of the mountain range is incredible. Parking would be challenging beyond five cars (2 garage spots + 3 in driveway). While our stay was a corporate group this house would be great for multiple families (lot downstairs area for kids to play), family reunions, or multiple couples wanting to pay a little more for a nicer house with all the amenities you need.

A Perfectly Wonderful Family Winter Vacation in the Mountains
The house was beautiful, just as the photos show. There was so much room for all of us, the rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy! The spacious kitchen allowed a number of us to be in the kitchen, preparing food or making coffee at the same time and not feel in the way of each other. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to enjoy a meal together. The gas grill was used often, thank you, as was the ping pong table and the hot tub. Our view from the living room window was spectacular! We could see the skiers and ski lifts in the distance, between the tall evergreens. The scenery was stunning. Conveniently, a shuttle came by the house every 15 minutes to take us to the slopes with our skis and snowboards or to Breckenridge with the many little shops. We can’t stop talking about our fabulous vacation. Property manager Jason guided us from the minute we made the reservation. He provided us with all the info we needed about roads leading into the area from Denver, ski lift tickets, transportation to and from the slopes or town. He was available always to make our stay the best it could be. We loved everything about the house and our stay; the many pictures taken will forever remind us of the greatest vacation in the amazing and beautiful house in the mountains. No complaints, only compliments and many thanks for having a gorgeous house available.

Very relaxing
Went with some buddies on a guys trip that was outstanding . The views out the family room,, dining room,,and the deck are breath taking . We cooked two out of the three nights taking full advantage of the all equipped kitchen and outside grill and dining table . All the bedrooms are comfy and quiet giving all of us our private space . The hiking out the backdoor was awesome with beautiful scenery and it was easy to hike down to town and back from a bourbon festival that we all enjoyed . I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future .

The Warriors Mark neighborhood is a quiet enclave adjacent to the ski resort. We have great sunset ski resort mountain views of Peak 8 from the great room, hot tub and deck. Locally, we are about two miles from historic downtown Breckenridge and the ski gondola. There is loads of activities, shopping and restaurants in town as well as on mountain. It's only a short drive to 6 more world class ski resorts, whitewater rafting, stand up paddle boarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse back riding, gold mine-tours, road biking, kayaking, mountain biking and four wheeling!
