As the proud owners of this modern home, we are thrilled to present Blissful Wisteria, meaning a place of happy wisdom. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully arranged to present an experience of relaxed family refuge just a short walk to Cooperstown All-Star Village.

The city of Oneonta is an artist’s paradise, with outdoor activities, restaurants, craft beer, and natural glacier-formed lakes along with the simpler things of life like our world-renowned Brooks BBQ

In this historic town, our open concept home is fully renovated and provides a clean, relaxing environment to enjoy the foothills of the Catskills. The bathroom is brand-new and both bedrooms are large enough to spread out. Enjoy the mountain air and the stunning sunsets from the spacious backyard or enjoy our world-famous Ommegang beers around the fire pit.

The entire home is yours to enjoy as well as the spacious grounds.

If you are coming to the Cooperstown All-Star Village, this is the closest available house to the park, close enough to walk and avoid the parking craziness. Far enough to relax between games.

Perfect Vacation Rental

This house was the perfect place to rest between busy baseball games. You can’t beat its proximity to ASV! It was so nice to come to a rental that had the little things you hate to buy, like foil and paper towels etc. The week we were there they had a freak heat wave and we were so thankful that the rooms had A/C! It was very clean, in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication from the owner was spot on! Do not pass this place up if you are looking to rent in Oneonta!

Clean and well equipped property close to All Star Village Cooperstown

Property was very clean and close to Cooperstown all star village. The window AC units kept the house at a very nice temperature. Checkin and checkout were seamless. It was exactly what we were looking for as a place to stay when our son played in the tournament. Highly recommend!

Great house - super close to All Star Village

This house was perfect for our needs. We’re a family of 5 and one of our sons was playing at All Star Village. The house was super close, clean and had a yard where kids could play. We would definitely stay here again if our younger sons return with their teams at 12.

Simply perfect! Reserved from Mon-Sun.. the host called and allowed us to stay Sunday night as well! The house is perfect for a small family. Clean, new and PERFECT location. It is literally 3 minutes from CASV.

What a gem!!!!

My husband daughter and I stayed here last week while my son was at Cooperstown All Star Village - and what a treat it was! The house is completely renovated and there is not one thing overlooked- it was super clean and totally outfitted with everything you might need- the kitchen and laundry room were immaculate and the beds were so comfortable!!!! The fan and ac worked extremely well. The location couldn’t have been better - it was the perfect distance away from the village and helpful when dealing with crazy game times, bad weather or early morning meet ups. So many extra touches were so helpful by the owners- lots of hooks on doors, the kitchen totally outfitted for whatever you needed and plenty of cleaning supplies. The towels and linens were fresh and clean and comfy and plentiful if you needed more people to stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable and the tvs worked beautifully in all rooms- the check in and out experience was fantastic and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Would 100 percent recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!! Great proximity to the downtown area and the all star village. The bathroom had a great big clean tub and shower and was so pristinely clean and welcoming. The back yard was nice and big and there was a beautiful gas grill in the back too. We really loved staying here :)

Beautiful, spotless home. If we are ever in the area in the future we would definitely stay again. Walking distance to the baseball park as well.

Blissful indeed!

What a place! 5 minutes from ASV and very well stocked. This place is completely updated— a home away from home. The welcome basket was a nice touch! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking to party this is not for you. It was perfect for my husband and teenage son. Highly recommend! Thank you, Steve, Jackie (and Jen!)

Great Spot

House was immaculate and comfortable. I coached my sons team so was staying in the barracks. My wife was at the house with my other son. Super close to facility, very clean and a great little layout for 4-6 people. Did not use the pullout but living room has plenty of space if you want to. Had an issue with bathroom door lock and host was Johnny on the spot to fix it.

This property was perfect for our stay! We were in town to watch our son play baseball at All Star Village. This home was just what we needed - close to the fields, clean and Steve was a wonderful host. I am passing this listing along to all my baseball families in CA :)

Closest VRBO you can get to CASV

Not only is this place awesome, its the closest VRBO you can get to CASV. If your team is scheduled go to Cooperstown book this one fast! The home is recently remodeled, clean and neat. Steve is awesome and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. There is a washer/dryer at the home so it's super convenient if your kids have any baseball gear that needs washed.

Used for a family reunion

Very easy to communicate with owner. Was able to add an extra day for us. Locate was excellent! House was spotless! Overall experience was five star. Our family would highly recommend staying here.

We’ll be back!

Steve and Jackie’s house is such a charming space with character in a beautiful location. Our family enjoyed being so close to Cooperstown, Allstar Park and so many restaurants. Steve was quick to respond to questions, and had excellent recommendations for things to do and see. Also the place was spotless. We will be back next year for sure!
