A low wall and tropical foliage ensure privacy and help to create a secret hideaway feeling. When you get hungry, step inside to the open-concept living space. High ceilings, hardwood flooring throughout, modern furnishings, and a gas fireplace with a cement-block surround all combine to create a hip yet comfortable feeling. Sleek stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range and gleaming quartz countertops await the chef. At mealtime, park the littles at the breakfast bar and seat everyone else at the live-edge dining table just around the corner.
Now it’s time to check out that back yard – the covered patio holds a ping-pong table and gas grill, perfect for an easy evening meal. There’s lots of room for kids to play, several seating areas for adults, and a sparkling pool and spa that everyone will love. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
