Comfort meet practicality with 2 queen beds and a queen size elevated inflatable air mattress. Very suitable for large families or group. We also strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible with the essential amenities, WiFi, TV (Netflix), coffee/tea, and cooking supplies.

A brisk walk to all the adventure Downtown has to offer: Waterfront Park, Museum, Art Gallery, hiking, restaurants, coffee shops, yacht rentals, wine tour and more.

Terrible

Beautiful tower, location and amenities. Other than what the building offers the owners are cheap. Zero cooking ability, dinnerware is NOT imcrowave safe and my kids burnt their hands. Lack of towels; toilet paper, NO blow dryer and bedsheets are from the 80s absolutely uncomfortable to sleep on/with. A love seat is all that is available making sitting to watch tv impossible as a family. Bring your own coffee grinds and tea bags! Disappointed by their false advertising. Wish i had read the reviews before booking!! Lesson learned.

Great Location

We spent a weekend at James’ place which is perfectly located to many restaurants, coffee shops, small beach The kitchen had the basic necessities but we didn’t do any cooking. The property has all the essential supplies, and everything functions properly. The decor could you some updates . Overall, if you are looking for a simple and straightforward accommodation, then this place will work for you.

Stay at the Osprey 2

So the good things: Very clean rental, close location to downtown and restaurants, nice pool and parking was easy once you found it. Beds were comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were overall clean. Now the not so good.: The suite has a mismash of new kitchen furniture, with old grandma-like tables and an air mattress for the third bed. The living room has a small love seat. And a chair. We love having movies nights and it was quite uncomfortable to have 4 people in the living room. A pullout sofa and love seat would be good. . The kitchen is not equipped to cook even the most basic of meals. We as a family like to have one morning with a big breakfast and there wasn’t even a spatula to turn sausages and pancakes. No basic spices. Just coffee, salt and pepper. Not even a can opener! Literally one pot and one pan, not cookie sheets just a very basic kitchen. The bathroom had small thin little towels and no iron or blow dryer. The most basic hotels have more than this. Overall clean and tidy, but I’ve stayed at better suites in the same resort complex. Maybe this would be better suited for a couple of girls or guys who are drinking all day and not cooking food for anyone.

Beautiful place in a great location!

Our stay was amazing. This is a great place for a family. There was lots of space for our 1 year old to wander. The amenities and location are great, we could walk to the beach and restaurants and it’s a short drive to the wineries. A bit of feedback: it would have been nice to have an iron, some more dishcloths, a dish drying rack, a vacuum, and a fan in the smaller bedroom. It would be nice to have a few more things in case we wanted to stay longer or if there were more people staying. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back!

Disappointed

The photos that were used to market this listing when we booked at the beginning of June were NOT actually of this unit. The furniture is a mash up of very used/old items and a couple newer, poor quality pieces. The dishes are not microwave safe, there were only 4 very thin white towels provided for our family for our 3 night stay (no face cloths or hand towels). There is no hair dryer or clothes iron/ironing board (basic necessities that all hotels provide). We had to look up the wifi info on the back of the modem as it isn't provided at check in. The air conditioner is a small unit that doesn't reach to the bedrooms so they did not cool off at all in the heat wave. Overall extremely disappointed.
