The Space:
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanities with plenty of storage, and a queen bed with french door access to the screened back porch.

The guest bedroom has pocket door access to the guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a queen bed with full bed bunk above, and french door access to the screened back porch.

The kitchen is well-stocked with counter seating for four guests, adjacent to the dining room with a round six-seater table and large family room complete with a smart TV and large cloud sectional sofa for the whole family to enjoy!

Full house access with exception of housekeeping closet.

The Neighborhood:
The private beach access is one block from the house. To get there, go to the end of the street, make a right on 30A, and look for the private beach access sign located three houses down on the left. Getting Around:
There is ample parking for three vehicles as well as a 4-seater golf cart available for guest use to drop equipment at the beach only.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that when you arrive you will be supplied with one roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, two packets of laundry detergent, two kitchen garbage bags, and a small bottle of dish soap. These items are intended to get you started, however guests should plan to purchase additional necessities as needed for their stay.

We welcome well-behaved, housebroken pets. The property has a partially fenced yard and screened back porch. The dead-end street is convenient to walk pets for potty breaks. Pets must be supervised and cannot be left outside unattended.
