The room was very nice and seemed brand new. Guests should know that the way to control the climate in the room is by getting a space heater or by opening the patio door. The television was not programmed and took well over an hour to straighten that out. I would have given 3.5 stars instead of 4 if I could, but I didn't want to hurt their business. None of the above mentioned points were personal. The following is my personal experience: I was given the wrong address for the room I reserved. So after I paid for a ride from the airport to the wrong building, I checked in (about 7:30am) with the security guard and was taken to my room. The door code didn't work and eventually someone staying there opened the door. I was taken to a computer room where they found out I was in the wrong building. I had to pay for another ride to the correct building, and I felt this was very poor customer service since they had given me the wrong address. There was no shampoo/conditioner or soap (luckily I had soap), and also there were no face towels. I asked for those things in the afternoon the same day. My stay was 3 nights. I asked at least 4 times for those items and they were finally brought about 20 minutes before I had to leave for the airport. Nothing major. Aside from those things everything was great.
