Adorable East Memphis Guesthouse

My name is Sofiya, and my full-time job is as a librarian.

I love living in Memphis and this is my first short term rental.
I’ve put a lot of work and effort in creating this space and I hope you will have a comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing stay in my cozy suite.
I love to garden, watch movies, travel, cook, and meet new people. Most of my free time I share with my two children who love our local parks and are always eager to embrace a new adventure.
During your stay, we will provide you with as much privacy as you desire, and our primary and preferred communication will be via the app. Since we live on the property It is possible that we accidentally meet. We will be glad to chat too!

This a mother-in-law suite style apartment with a separate private detached entrance and a parking space on the property. The place is suitable for a maximum of two people. The location provides an easy access to shopping, restaurants, and is within 20-minute drive to most of the Memphis attractions and East Memphis's business destinations yet away from the bustle.

Although the space is best suitable for 1 to 2 people please reach out if you travel with an infant or a toddler. I have two children and will be happy to provide a pack-n-play if given heads up.

We love our neighbors’ pets, but at this time we cannot allow animals (except service dogs). This a smoke and vape-free space. The apartment is in a residential area. Please be courteous and keep noise at a reasonable level. No events, unsupervised children, parties, or undisclosed guests allowed on the property however I am happy to provide suggestions on local party venues.
I expect that you respect our property and that, as guests, treat our place as your own.
We will be sure that you have arrived in a clean home and we hope you will leave it picked up and undamaged. During your visit, if you need something we didn't think about, please reach out and I will make the best effort to provide it.

This cozy and clean space is approximately 700 sq.ft. and is entirely yours to enjoy it during your time in our vibrant city!
Feel free to take advantage and relax in the backyard too. Pick up some herbs and veggies from our micro garden when in season.
The apartment has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, comfortable brand-new queen mattress.

The apartment can be accessed at a convenient for you time. I am happy to make exceptions for late night check ins but note that this is a quiet residential area and I have a full-time job so requests should be reasonable.

Upon successful booking, you will be provided with a key access point and can check in, come, and go on your schedule.

Coffee is provided…because who can function without it.
