Your mountain retreat awaits! Classic lodge-style home with everything you need for the perfect Sunriver getaway. Tucked away in the trees near Fort Rock Park, this stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom air-conditioned home has everything you need for the ultimate Sunriver getaway.

On the main level, you'll find an open floor plan, king ensuite with a spa-like bath, laundry, and a half bath.

Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms, including a second king suite with attached bath, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 queens. A spacious shared full bathroom with a shower over the tub finishes off the second floor.

Enjoy a game of cards or kick back and relax in the open loft area at the top of the stairs.

The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. The garage also has ping pong and foosball for a little competitive fun!

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

My family takes an annual trip to the beach, but decided on Sunriver this year. We found the Acer 4 property and it looked like a perfect fit. Check in was easy, Bennington was very communicative. Classmates Retreat!

A ladies retreat for our HS class, 5 of us enjoying Sunriver and this great home! Lots of room for us, kitchen was stocked for eating, drinking and cooking. Had a great time, the 4 baths were a big plus also. Location was quiet, would have loved to have Shark passes, but the Big hot tub helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful House with most everything you need.

Two families with kids (ages 16-23) really enjoyed this property. It is beautiful and spacious. The ping pong table, the Foosball table, and the poker table were used a lot during our stay. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great place!

This was a lovely property!! We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the set up of the house, one of the master bedroom/bathroom was on the main floor and the upstairs had another slightly smaller master/bathroom. One of the bedrooms had a queen bed that was air adjustable, the boys enjoyed that, one had the side really soft and the other firm. There wasn’t any shampoo just bars of soap so good thing I brought some. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Quite a few option with appliances. It even had good sharp knives :) We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home and we would absolutely stay here again. Also being able to message Bennington Properties was so easy and very helpful. They even sent out someone to helps us when one of the rigs had a dead battery. Amazing customer service!!

The house was comfortable and meet or needs. It had plenty of space for 4 adults. The only issues we had were the following: no paper towels in the paper towel holder or in the house, the front and back decks needed to be cleaned off. There was a blower in the garage but there wasn’t a extension cord with it so it was useless. I wouldn’t have minded blowing it off myself if I had what I needed to do it with. The last thing is the hot tub key was not on the fridge where it was stated to be and it was nowhere to be found.

Good home, excellent service

This place was very good for our 4 night stay in October with two teenagers and grandma. Lovely, clean, warm, and spacious, home and bennington’s hosting service was really excellent. They communicated clearly every step of the way and went above and beyond when we asked them for extra old towels we could use because we had a teenager who had dyed his hair. 😳 Particularly nice were: A very well stocked kitchen with a fantastic stove. A poker table that we enjoyed using for puzzling. There were a few minor things that could have been improved: Better/more lamps for reading/spot lighting. Not nearly enough towel racks or hooks in bathrooms. No knobs on kitchen cabnetry. It made them Surprisingly annoying to open. I hate memory foam beds so much. Living room isn’t very comfortable. Needs more seating for a house this size tgst can Sleep 10. But Only 1 couch -2 recliners? Weird.
