Enjoy walks to local cafes and shops or hop up the coast to visit popular LA area landmarks. Perfect for romantic getaways or small family retreat.

- Located steps to Pier shops, restaurants, bars.
- Full Kitchen with dishwasher & beautiful vintage O'keefe & Merritt oven
- Outdoor front yard with couch, wood lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, umbrellas and BBQ
- Daybed with two twin beds (Den)
- Queen Bed (Bedroom 1)
- Self check-in (keypad)
- Spectrum Wifi
- Two twin beds (can be pushed together to become a king)(Bedroom 2)

Important: This home is located steps to the ocean, and like most homes in the area does not have AC (with exception of window mounted AC units in 2 bedrooms). Please only book this home if you can be comfortable with both natural cross breeze and fans. There are no refunds or credits due to heat/discomfort issues. We don't expect or suspect that will ever be a problem but we figure it is more important to share that here and now.

This family-friendly neighborhood is filled with parks, charming boutiques, and delectable restaurants. Visit the weekly farmers market on Wednesdays for fresh produce or flowers. And the best part? Miles of pristine white sand beaches are just steps from your door. Take a stroll along The Strand, a scenic walking path that offers panoramic ocean views and stretches throughout the city.

Other Things to Note:
Parking Pass Reminder:
A $100 security deposit is required to secure the parking pass for the Municipal Parking Structure, just 3 minutes (0.5 miles) from the property. Guests have the option to opt out of using this pass. The parking pass will be provided at check-in after the security deposit is received. Please ensure you remove your vehicle Mondays and Fridays between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM to comply with parking protocol. An alternative paid street parking is available during these hours. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the parking pass at check-out, assuming no issues arise.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
Guests must climb stairs to access the entrance and descend to the patio.
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.
We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.
Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
