This charming home boasts the perfect location for a Folly Beach vacation, just across the street from the sparkling sands and less than a block away from all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Center Street. Stash your bags in one of three comfortable bedrooms, grab a cold beverage, and step onto your enclosed front porch to get your vacation started where you can enjoy views of the surf. Inside, you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors throughout, tasteful, beachy décor, and beautifully updated bathrooms. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen including quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and a new open floor plan. There is a small office area with a desk if someone needs privacy to get some work done.
Head out for a day at the beach – close enough to return for a mid-day nap or to refuel on snacks – and then head back out again. When you return in the evening, throw the day’s clothes in the convenient washer/dryer, and relax in the central AC while you stream your favorite shows. Upload the day’s pics to social media via the in-home Wi-Fi and call it a night, but not before, once again, enjoying the views from the enclosed porch.
There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee or kid's play. There is also an outside shower to rinse off or shower after a day on the beach.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
