Great Location - Excellent Amenities - Lots To Do!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. You would never know you were staying in a (nicely decorated and well stocked) little cottage in the host's backyard. The place was super clean and comfy. We enjoyed a nice fire in the outdoor fireplace, breakfast on the patio, and a fun bike ride straight down to the park overlooking the beach. We were overjoyed to find a Trader Joe's 5 minutes away Woohoo! The neighborhood was easy to get around, quaint, quiet and safe. We were 15 minutes from downtown San Diego and 20 minutes from LaJolla. Driving to the airport on our last day was a breeze. We didn't get an opportunity to meet our host Michael (we were pretty busy) but he left us some nice goodies. We would definitely come back again. Thanks!! : )

Amazing Stay!!
Our stay was glorious and very personalized with small and thoughtful details upon our arrival. Michael was very easy to get ahold of if we needed anything! The Bungalow is super cute and clean, perfect for a couple to stay -- a good amount of outdoor space/ kitchen, seating and a hot tub. They also have bikes to use and a ping pong table. The neighborhood is convenient, quiet, and felt very safe. We will return to stay at the Boho Bungalow when we are in town next!

From the moment we arrived until we left we enjoyed the most beautiful and peaceful sanctuary complete with outdoor kitchen, private hot tub, work-of-art fireplace (complete with a s'mores kit) and a bottle of wine! Michael and William were kind and aaccomodating and were the PERFECT hosts.

Better than 5 Stars!!!!
Everything was excellent. We have used VRBO many times and this was the best experience by far. The property is beautiful and the hosts are responsive, flexible, attentive, respectful, and very generous. We arrived to find a customized welcome letter and complimentary refreshments. So nice after a long day of travel. The property is better than the photos online. There is not a rock out of place. PB is a great location and it is central to various locations throughout SD. The property is a bungalow behind a main house in a relatively quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking and there are markets and restaurants within walking distance. The property is 8 blocks from the the beach but it is an easy drive or bike ride to the beach. The beach area is pretty "poppin" so being up the street was really nice and way more quiet. We only have positive things to say. The property is as described, super clean, and very functional. The indoor space is very nice and clean. The outdoor space is amazing. Combine the two, and it truly is perfect. The hosts really put this place at the top!!!! From check-in to check-out they exceeded all expectations. They added a layer of care that I have never seen before with VRBO. They love this space and PB and it shows.... Thank you!!!!

Wonderful stay in PB
I loved the studio, everything you need, and beautifully decorated! The outside kitchen area was my favorite, beautiful grounds, and lots of hummingbirds. If I needed something Michael or Bill were quick to respond. The beach was close, you can drive, bike , or walk. Great neighborhood too.

Do not recommend staying here unless you want the host in your business!
I was extremely disappointed in our stay. Not only is the host in your business but also likes to make assumptions that were completely wrong. I tried to use the outside grill but the entire place was covered in ants, as well as the inside. Also, I was not aware this was a shared property.

PB Bungalow Oasis - 5+ Stars
This bungalow "oasis" is 5+ stars. Absolutely beautiful property. Michael & William are excellent hosts. Communication was easy, and all our needs were met. They really go out of their way to make sure you are set for a relaxing stay. They welcomed us with drinking water, a fruit basket, bottle of wine, coffee/creme, and more; especially enjoyed the watermelon basil water, and strawberry lemon water that our hosts prepared for us during our 5 day stay. The amenities here are in abundance. We did not utilize the outdoor kitchen or fireplace, but I was tempted to do so. The new hot tub was great too. Super comfy bed, spacious shower, and bathroom were ideal. The cool breeze that came through the french-doors made for pleasant evenings too. This was a homerun for our visit to PB. I could go on and on. Would definitely book again. I highly recommend this property and the hosts.

Great place to stay!
Great hosts, great amenities, great stay! The Soho Bungalow is the perfect place to get away! Loved the outdoor space with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. And, only a short bike ride (bikes provided!) to the beach. Michael was very responsive to our questions and we felt very welcome at their home. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great Stay!!
This was an EXCELLENT stay!! Michael was on point with his messages, and the nice surprise of chocolate chip banana bread on our first morning. The location couldn't be better as it's right down the street from multiple grocery stores and restaurants. My wife and I both worked onsite and the internet was flawless. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor kitchen, and of course the outdoor fireplace was perfect when it was cool at night. When sitting outside it was very quiet and the landscaping made it feel like we were in the tropics. The bungalow was very clean and had exactly what we needed for our stay. The bottle of wine, along with the fresh fruit, and many other goodies was a nice touch. Rest assured, that if you need anything at all, Michael was right there to assist. We will stay here again with no hesitation.

Wonderful
Spent an extended weekend with my spouse at the bungalow. I am a certified hotel snob and felt the space was very inviting and confortable. Linens, towels, decor, cleanliness were great. The hosts are amazing. They had Jazz music playing, wine, fruit, s’mores, and cold water waiting for us. We felt pampered and cared for. They even brought us yummy zucchini bread one morning! Bikes were fun. Just made our short anniversary trip special and relaxing. Did l mention the fancy soap? Would absolutely stay again!

Great Couples Getaway!
My husband and I spent a long weekend here - the location is perfect. It's within a few blocks of everything!! We were within 20 min of a few nice golf courses and the horse track. The house itself was super nice, clean and the hosts were fantastic! We grilled 3 nights and had a few bonfires, quiet neighborhood and safe. I would absolutely recommend this place and we'll be back!

This is such a gem!
We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts went above and beyond to help our time here be even more enjoyable! There is great fresh water for drinking (matters more to us than the average person perhaps), coffee with fresh cream available, a full fruit bowl, beautiful outdoor area, and the bed was so comfortable! Another little surprise was the professional blow dryer in the bathroom! (I am a retired stylist). We would tell anyone that asked that this is a gem in San Diego! Thanks again Michael and William!

Fabulous!!!!
Michael and William have created a beautiful and restful sanctuary! The setting is stunning with succulents and palms that create a sense of calm and peace. The blooming Plumeria was a wonderful bonus. The outdoor space was where we spent a great deal of our time, enjoying the hummingbirds at the giant Bird of Paradise and Alexa playing our favorite music. We spent down time in the patio, enjoying morning coffee or dinner... and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The bed is wonderful as are all the interior accommodations. The fresh pastries were delightful, the Star Gazer Lilies a lovely addition, the chilled wine, chocolates, and the S'mores kit were appreciated and enjoyed! We even found time to play Ping Pong. We will be back!!!
