NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedrooms (4 beds) with a bonus sleeping area in the basement, 3 full bathrooms. This entire home is perfect for professionals traveling to Louisville. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the fresh, open concept living space. Sleeps 8 in beds.

This unit has free off street parking.

Kentucky Derby guests, Bourbon Trail guests, traveling nurses, and business professionals welcome to your home away from home!
This home is located in Louisville's beautiful East End. Very short drive to dozens of restaurants, groceries, shopping, entertainment, etc.
The home has 3 bedrooms on the main floor and an additional room with a bed in the basement. The entire space was renovated in winter 2022. The home has an abundance of living space on the upper and lower levels.

-Cameras located on exterior. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay.
-NO CABLE TELEVISION, GUESTS CAN UTILIZE SMART TV BY LOGGING IN WITH THEIR OWN STREAMING APPS
-Can accommodate up to 8 people in beds

Full access to the entire home except for the garage.

Wonderful neighborhood with a large variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bars, etc. One of the best locations in Louisville.

Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Louisville for $25 or less (normal rates) but be prepared to pay increased rates Derby weekend. Rentable scooters available in the area.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

Friends enjoying the bourbon distilleries and time together.

The house was good. There needs to be more furniture; comfortable chairs in the main living room. We had to pull the dinning chairs into the room so that everyone could sit as we gathered. Those are not comfortable. The kitchen needs to be organized. Also, a griddle, slow cooker, more skillets, silverware and coffee cups would be good. Instructions in the master bath on how to operate the shower would be helpful. Great location and overall a very good stay.

My family and I traveled to Kentucky for my graduation and had an amazing stay. The home was incredibly spacious and spotless, giving everyone their own space to relax. My son especially loved the game room! The supplies were well-stocked, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. The host was phenomenal and very thorough. Highly recommend!

Great space for family to be together

This is a very nice and clean property. We were very pleased with our stay. Communication with the host was very easy and they answered all of our questions. While not all of our family was able to come due to the weather, there would have been plenty of room for all of us. It is in a great location for us to visit our family in Louisville. We will book this again when we need room for several family members.

Wonderful Hosts and Home!

Quiet neighborhood

Three of us stayed for 3 nights and everyone had their own bathroom. The house has 3 large tvs with easy to understand directions for accessing streaming services. Secure parking well off the road in a concrete driveway. Modern and roomy, id stay here again.

Home Sweet Hayden was perfect for the 4 of us, supposed to have been 5. Beautiful home, everything that we needed. I loved having the 3rd bathroom. My grandson loved the foosball table and beating all of us adults. Nice neighborhood. Close to the airport & tourist attractions. Brandon was great at communicating with us. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. The manager was quick to respond to any questions. The directions for entry and exit were very clear and easy to follow. We used this as a place to stay during our bourbon trail tours and enjoyed the space downstairs to hang out in the evening. I recommend this property.

Excellent property.

Excellent property. Very clean and well maintained. Very well stocked with all essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, etc. All the sheets and towels were clean. The beds were all made when we arrived. Overall, very impressed. We would rent this property again.

Graduation weekend stay a success!

We stayed at this fabulous home to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and had family in from Florida, Ohio and Nashville who absolutely felt at home once we all walked in the front door! We really enjoyed this property. The location worked great for us and the house was perfect for us to come back to after traveling around the area. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Lovely house and great stay!!!

We stayed at Home Sweet Hayden for 4 nights as we were in town for Cross Country Nationals at Tom Sawyer State Park. The house was perfect for our family: room to spread out, but cook and eat together. Room for my teenage son to enjoy the spacious downstairs rec room and bedroom with his own bathroom. The house was recently updated and is very fresh and modern with lots of light. Kitchen well outfitted. Super quiet neighborhood. The most comfortable beds and mattresses. Very clean and superb communication, We would definitely stay again!!!!
