Ocean Dream - Your Getaway right on the Beach!

THIS HOME WILL BE SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED PER CDC PROTOCOLS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

Stunning home directly on the beach! Perfect for a large family or two. There is a spacious Living Area on the main floor with a gorgeous view of the beach. Off the Living Area is the Kitchen/Dining Room and Kids area. Kitchen is well stocked and has an area bar. The Dining room seats 8 or more with a large Farmers Table overlooking the ocean. The Deck is two levels with plenty of room to enjoy your coffee as the sun rises over the ocean for cocktails in the evening as the sun glistens over the ocean.

Five bedrooms. Two Masters both with King Beds (One with a trundle bed). The other bedrooms include one with two twins and a futon while the other has a Bunk Bed with a double bottom!

If you only do one vacation a year, make it a "Dream" Vacation!

excellant property!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. Very nice area on the private beach-hardly anyone out. dog friendly beach we saw people walking dogs on leash on the beach. Everything was spick and spam clean! Everything in good working order. Grill works great and propane tank was full. Evan is excellant at communication! We will definitely use them again!

Second Stay

This was our second time staying at the Ocean Dream and it was truly a Dream. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. Evan was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. I would totally recommend. My Family is still talking about what an amazing vacation it was.

Great Property / Excellent week at the beach

Two years ago, we stayed at this property for the first time. Loved it so much that we went back again this summer! New property manager, but same great property. Evan was awesome to work with…responsive and attentive to us throughout our stay! Property is as advertised, location can’t be beat, and plenty of room for family of 12 to hang out and enjoy a week together! If opportunity presents itself, we will definitely stay at this property again!

Awesome house

Property was exactly as advertised. Evan was wonderful to work with. The air broke and he was on the fix for it under 30 minutes. The grandchildren and teenagers had their space and lots of fun in the ocean. So nice for a few minutes walk back inside. The outside shower was amazing. I can't say enough about the house. Great time had by all. Thank you so much.

Great for a Family Beach Vacation

Had a wonderful time at this house right on the beach. Big house with plenty of room for family get-togethers and you can't ask for a better location. Access to the ocean can't get any better and the view is spectacular. The property manager for this home was also very accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend this home for a great beach vacation.

Roomy but not comfortable.

This property was certainly large enough for our group, but proved to be a challenge due to SO many stairs. I had reached out to the owner regarding location of bedrooms because it was completely unclear in the property description. What I was told was not true - he said about 10 steps up from the entry to the main floor and then a few steps to the first bedroom level. I explained that we had an elderly woman with a walker and that we could "power her up" to the first floor and were concerned with getting her to bed every night. There were 6 steps to the next (living room) level and then an entire flight to the bedroom. luckily we were able to create a spot for her in the kitchen where there was a futon, but we had to remove the door to the bathroom there to allow her to access with a walker. (Of course, then we had to replace the door before leaving as well as return the items we used to make the futon comfortable - we brought down a mattress from the 3rd floor bunk to give her a little more cushion and a height she could sit and stand from. I had also mentioned concern as I was recovering from knee replacement and this proved to be more than I could be comfortable with, making my week very difficult. I wish these were at least hinted at in the description - this property is not for those who have any challenges. Another issue was the quality of the beds, which were mostly terrible. I chose the queen room so I could limit my stairs - it was super wobbly and bouncy and awkward. One of the king beds had a broken down corner so someone who sat there fell. The twin beds were really only fit for children, not for adults. Most of the furnishings were not very comfortable if you need to sit more than go. We are a family that loves to linger at the dinner table and play games, etc. but would up bringing pillows to sit on. the couches were merely adequate. We chose the house for the view, which did not disappoint, the location was good. The description was full of all the owners had done to upgrade but it still needs some work, we had some concerns about mold and such. Wish the ice maker worked - for a house that potentially slept so many, ice trays are not functional. We bought lots of ice.

House on the beach

Property manager Evan was really great. He addressed anything we needed. House is literally on the beach, walk out the back door and there is the ocean. We didnt realize how many stairs there were, not a problem for us but if your with anyone with mobility issues it may pose a problem. House was very clean and they provided plenty of towels.

An awesome stay down on Ponte Vedra Beach!

The house was in very good condition and stocked well with everything you need. The house design is great in that it has separate sleeping areas on the bottom, middle and top floors. Communication with the managers Jenny and Rick were excellent!!! Will definitely come down for another visit next year.

loved the proximity to the beach. Had a lot of steps but we were able to do them.

There was a prior leak in the roof that had not been fixed or was not fixed correctly, causing it to continue leaking.. Though this was out of her control, my sister is extremely allergic to mold and was coughing and sneezing the entire trip. Other than that she loved it.

Heavenly oceanfront vacation!

My husband and I stayed here the entire month of January, 2021! You can’t get much closer to the ocean and we enjoyed walking the private stretch of beach with our two dogs! We loved the master bedroom on the very top floor! I lovingly called it the Eagles nest! What a view to wake up to every morning. The was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location and lots of space

We loved the locations on the beach with lots of shells. Not really a beach for swimming but it’s winter and we didn’t mind. Walking distance from a nature reserve with walkways and rental watercraft and that was super convenient. Nice distance from St Augustine. A few things that need attention: new mattresses would be good, bathtubs really not useable except to stand and shower, lots of windows can’t open and that’s to bad when you want to hear the ocean. We were 8 people and we had 7 forks.. cutlery needs a serious update. It’s a family house and you can see it. I just feel that if you rent out a property you do have to take that into account and provide at least enough table settings . Only one small car will fit into garage .. because of appliances there. It’s a roomy house with lots of stairs. It’s suitable decorated as a slightly shabby, wonderfully comfy old beach house.

Great spaces only steps to ocean

Great spaces for large group (10+) and comfy alone spots as well. Outdoor shower was nice to rinse off before going inside. Only disappointment was ice maker was broke. Nothing some bagged ice didn't solve.

Everything we needed!

Home away from home

Ponte Vedra Beach is considered our home away from home. My family has vacationed there just about every summer for the past 20 years. We have stayed in several different houses on this beach, right in the same area/stretch over the years, but this house made the top of our list as one of our favorites. Plenty of space and a really neat layout, great beach access, excellent parking and easy/safe backing in and pulling out onto A1A. We loved it!
