Beautiful view, great stay

Enjoyed our family vacation at this well equipped house. Great view, hiking and walking right outside the front door. Pool and hot tub are small but fun and worked well for our family.

Disgusting house to rent

Make sure if you rent this house make sure they have the pool and the whole patio area clean. I rented this house and it was so disgusting. There was bird poop everywhere where we couldn’t even use the pool or sit outside. Never again would I rent this place never again so, just be careful when you rent this house

Nice House in The Cove

We loved the location of the house - directly across the street from a beautiful walking trail. Perfect for those with kids and/or dogs. Also, the property was completely secure to let dogs wander around the yard. The house has plenty of room for extra adults and kids. Location is not walking distance to Old Town but very close with lots of restaurants and shops. Costco and Ralph's grocery store are both a short drive away, as well as theaters, etc. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet and friendly. Pool and hot tub looked nice but not warm enough for us for swimming. It was a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful long weekend

Not only was the house super clean, had a great layout and fully stocked kitchen, but the pool area was perfect for a mom/son weekend. When we arrived, the pool was a bit dirty with a few chairs at the bottom and leaves and flowers floating, but the Vacasa staff was incredible! They came out within a few hours and took care of everything. I have rented from the other services in the past and have never had such friendly and helpful people with quick and exceptional service. Both my son and I said we would absolutely rent this home again and from Vacasa in locations where available. Thank you!

Could be great…

Open floor plan, giant primary bedroom, comfy furniture, great a/c, good appliances. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view of the mountains. Inside was pretty clean, except for a stained toilet and little things here/there, but the outside pool patio covered area was so dirty as to be completely unusable when we got there. I can’t recommend this place until the pigeon problem has been taken care of. Especially if what you really want is to relax by a pool for a weekend without having the clean up the place to do it.

Beautiful house but

Didn’t know this was a pet friendly property and there were some issues with pet dander and hair in bedroom and some areas. Bathrooms were very clean and house was beautiful. There was a quick response to remedy the issue by management and it helped some. But turnover for next guest needs to be more attentive to bedroom areas as it is a pet friendly house listing. After this experience we will book only no pet allowed houses in the future.

Has potential but fell a little short

This house is at the edge of a residential neighborhood and right across the street from mountains and a bunch of hiking trails. The house was large and generally clean with a couple of exceptions. When we opened up the blinds there was a cloud of dust and the upper window ledges were very dusty. The most annoying thing was pigeons nesting right outside the door to the pool. There were pigeon droppings and feathers all over the place so we didn't use that pool area hardly at all. We called and a guy came over that day and hosed things off but by the end of the day the pigeons were back and it was just as messy. That was really a shame since it was a cool little pool area. Some of the cabinet doors and the bifold doors for the washer and dryer were janky. Many of the blinds need to be replaced. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap, the starter things were a joke. It was nice having a big garage to unload and store the golf bags. The full size washer and dryer were handy. AC/Heat worked well. If you want the hot tub and pool heated it's an additional $50 per day. In summary I would say great location and nice size but needs some attention to details.
