All 4 bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat and have smart TVs with streaming cable. The main bedroom features a king bed, roll-away bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite full bathroom. The additional 3 bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping arrangements, hotel-quality linens, closet storage, and views of the pool!

Getting around and exploring Chula Vista is super easy! We recommend a personal vehicle or bicycle and there is plenty of parking around town for both. Downtown Chula Vista has gone high-tech with several parking lots and parking meters that accept credit and debit cards to make travel more convenient. The city also offers a safe public transportation system and has many taxis, limousines, and town car companies that will take you anywhere you need to go.
The Chula Vista Transit System offers 10 bus routes and trolley lines with stops at all the city’s exciting attractions and sights. Chula Vista Transit is linked to the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, which allows easy connections to the greater San Diego area and Tijuana, Mexico.

Noise violations: Pool/spa heat may be discontinued, and guests may be contacted.
Decibel sensors: Monitor noise levels inside (50 dB) and outside (30 dB).

Smoking: Only allowed outside, with windows/doors closed. Smoking inside will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
