LIVING AREA

Vaulted ceilings bring a spacious touch to the sun-drenched living room, furnished with a comfy sofa and two plush armchairs. Turn up the gas fireplace while you screen a film on the 50in TV. A well-equipped wet bar invites you to fix refreshing drinks.

The den provides another relaxed living space with a sofa bed, desk, and 45in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty dishes in a modern kitchen appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

This townhome sleeps four guests between two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the den. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely property in great location

We really enjoyed our time in this property. First and foremost the location in PGA West is outstanding with a lovely patio overlooking one of the fairways.The house was very comfortable with everything as advertised and very well stocked with cutlery, crockery etc. Only small issue was with the dishwasher which probably needs a service.Check-in and check-out instructions and communications with the property manager were excellent.We would certainly recommend this property.

An amazing experience at PGA west house!!!

Except the washer was broken during our stay, everything was great! We had a wonderful time staying at this house!! Only wish we can stay longer (eg. Earlier check-in & later check-out time :P) Thank you for hosting us & will rent it again if it is available.

Well appointed

The house is well stocked, warmly decorated and welcoming. Morning sun fills the living room and kitchen with warm light. There is no garage access so you have to park in the driveway. The shared pool and hot tub is just across the street.

Very Nice PGA West Condo

Condo was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Excellent location overlooking the golf course. Communication with property management company (Vacasa) was very good leading up to our arrival date. As our arrival time approached, however, and we were hoping to hear from them about the possibility of an earlier check-in time, we did not receive any return texts or phone calls when we inquired by phone and te4xt. It wasn't until 15 minutes before check-in time (4:00 p.m.) that we finally heard from them and were provided with the entry code. We would have liked it if they would have at least given us a call indicating an early check-in was not possible. Overall, everything worked out fine. We loved the property. Not fond of a 4:00 p.m. check-in and 10:00 a.m. check out time, but that seems to be the trend. Really amounts to cutting a full half-day from the stay, unless you want to pay more to arrive earlier or stay a little later, which they repeatedly attempted to get us to do.

Very poor communication

Unfortunately the communication between the management company and the guard gate was terrible and this caused us a lot of grief when we ordered food to be delivered and when we tried to add a driver to the list - the gate would not let anyone through because they said that the mgmt company had not authorized anyone and they also did not have a record of me being on the guest list as well. When attempting to reach the mgmt company we were repeatedly asked to deal with a 3rd party who did not have the correct information to handle the gate efficiently and this just caused us stress and unnecessary anger throughout our stay. What was meant to be a quick and fun weekend getaway turned into a fiasco. The condo itself was fine - it could definitely have been a bit cleaner but other than that the location was great and it was close to two pools.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great experience in this townhome for the month of January. Perfect setup for remote work (with the 3rd bedroom-office), when we had to, great outdoor area, and nearby hot tub and pool s in both directions from the townhome. Mike, the property manager from Turnkey, was amazing and super responsive for anything we needed. Amy, the owner, was also very attentive. Would certainly rent this place again , in a heartbeat, and look forward to doing just that! Will miss seeing the bighorn sheep almost every morning!

Bright, comfy, private golf course condo

This condo was very comfy, had a very well stocked kitchen and good instructions on how to use everything. It is an end unit which gave us more privacy on the patio. The pictures of the space are accurate and the condo exceeded our expectations. The cathedral ceilings made the space very open and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable - firm but not too firm and good linens. Love the Tarkay prints!

Great house with awesome patio

We had a great time at this rental. Location of the home was great and had a couple of pools adjacent to it. It was well stocked and had everything you will need to prepare a meal. The patio overlooked the golf course and had an awesome outdoor grill for evening meals. The home was super clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this home and will stay here again.
