Welcome to Keen Suites! This spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath space is right in the center of downtown Traverse City. Location doesn't get any better than this! You'll be steps from the best restaurants and shops on TC's vibrant Front Street. No need to find parking when you can walk to everything in minutes including popular beaches and Clinch Marina. Pop on a brewery tour by foot, paddle, or bike right outside the door. Grab a tour bus and venture out to the beautiful rolling hills of our spectacular peninsulas and taste our incredible wines.

Inside the space you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, a cozy night by the fire, a night of euchre at the barrel table, or a delicious dinner in from Brasserie Amie. Downtown Traverse City

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend with friends in Traverse City. It was downtown and there is a bar and restaurant next door. It was clean and cozy even during a snow storm. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend staying here.

Traverse City Getaway

The condo looked exactly like the photos, accommodating 4 couples perfectly. The location is steps away from bars/restaurants and all the wonderful shops in Traverse City. Would definitely stay here again.

First family vacation in a long time

With 5 adults, one of whom is 84, the location was terrific and the space was awesome. I would highly recommend this location. It was a little more than other locations, but totally worth it.

Great location and amazing unit!

7 of us stayed in this lovely apartment in the heart of Tc.it was comfortable and convenient, and had everything we needed with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds- enough room for 7 adults (only one couple in the group). We recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay here, this was so clean and beautiful. We loved the location to downtown TC, communication about the door/keypad was a little confusing but when we messaged we were immediately able to get in touch with someone. This was a very enjoyable stay.

Our annual girl’s weekend to T. C. was perfect in every way and this condo has the perfect location. Close walking to everything you could want to do. Great choice for us and would definitely choose again.

Fantastic stay!

We were in Traverse City for a wedding, and this spot was the absolutely perfect base! We were with our three children and their significant others, and we had plenty of space to get ready for the events and spend great family time together. The condo is very clean and updated, and communication with our host was perfect. As an added bonus, it truly could not be more centrally located. When we return to Traverse City we will definitely stay here!

Mom’s weekend away

We had an amazing time. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere from coffee in the mornings, to the beach during the day, to dinner and out at night. Mallory was wonderful to communicate with. She was very responsive and literally had everything we could’ve needed! Thank you!

Location location location

Beautiful property literally in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Beautiful property and amazing location. Walk to everything from beach to restaurants/bars, etc. Your own private parking directly across the street, but perfect location and great stay. Only regret was wishing I would have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Best experience I have had on VRBO

Location was amazing! Tons to do in walking distance and a great location. Property was very nice interior, clean, and even though in a very busy part of downtown quiet. This is a prime location and I would recommend it as an awesome stay for any group. Communication was excellent from the property manager and they were flexible.

Amazing Condo and Location

We booked this condo for mom’s 60th birthday celebration. The host was very easy to work with, condo exceeded all expectations, and provided nearly everything. Great girlfriend 60th birthday trip!

Wonderful location, easy parking, beautiful condo! It was perfect for us! Seven girlfriends, plenty of bathrooms and beds. It had a big bar countertop with plenty of chairs that was perfect for all of us to sit around and talk. Having it connected to a bar next door was an added plus! lol We would definitely stay here again.
