Lovely 4 week stay in Elviria!
This apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and to be honest, the photos do not do justice as to how spacious it is. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cookware. We were given options for having a cleaner come in during our stay and to have all our linens and towels changed which was appreciated.
This apartment is on the ground floor and we appreciated the sun room, terrace, and especially the green space. We spent several mornings and late afternoons enjoying the sun in these areas.
There is a large laundry room that has fresh air ventilation with a washer and dryer, an extra sink, extra counter top space and a drying rack. It was large enough for us to store our luggage and a set of golf clubs.
If you rent a car there is free underground parking with easy access to the apartment.
There is a very nice gated outdoor pool area and although the pool is not heated during the winter months, it is still a great place to lounge and take the occasional cold plunge. The apartment complex itself is gated therefore very secure.
The location of this apartment is great! It is a 5 minute walk to a commercial center with grocery stores, hardware store, bars, and very good restaurants. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
Elviria is a 10-15 minute drive to the center of Marbella and Old Town. It is approximately 40 minutes from the airport at Malaga.
The property managers were extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property!
