Are you ready for the ocean waves luring you to sleep? Are you ready for your to get away? Sandy Dreams is an elegant, tranquil condo sitting on the soft sands of the emerald coast . Spacious enough for six guests, and Cozy enough for 2. Located in the first building is unit A108. The main Bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the waters of Lake Powell and living room balcony overlooks the beautiful shores of the gulf. Just step out of your condo & onto the beach and enjoy your vacation. Starfish Grill on-site by the pool for food and beverages, including 🍸!
Just around the corner take a leisurely drive down 30 A to Rosemary, Alys and Seaside for a wonderful shopping and sight-seeing adventure. Seaside is less than 30 minutes away, and there are many places to stop and relax to sip coffee or "people watch"!

Gated and secure: skip the crowds in PCB and 30A and stay with us! You'll be just a few minutes from all the fun of Panama City Beach and 30A, We have 24 hour security and easy keypad access to the unit.
Located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH - Pinnacle Port resort is tucked away at Carillon Beach at the western edge of Bay County, FL. The unit offers beautiful views from both (double door) balconies and both bedrooms. The resort sits gulf front on 26 acres located on a virtual peninsula: The Gulf of Mexico is on the South side, with Phillips Inlet on the West connecting to Lake Powell on the North. It's literally surrounded by water, dunes and a coastal dune lake.
To the west is Camp Helen State Park and the seaside communities of Inlet Beach and Rosemary and to the east is Carillon, so the views are very sea side picturesque and there are no Panama City Beach or Destin type crowds of people. In fact, other than the the peak holiday and summer weeks, the beach is amazingly tranquil with just a peppering of beach lovers enjoying the sun, sand and emerald water.
Bring your Boat! There are boat docks on the Lake, first come first serve. The property has tons of activities to keep your family busy. The pool is attached to the tower building (where our condo is located) and sits Gulf-front so you can see and hear the waves while swimming or catching some rays on the sprawling gulf front . There's no need to go hunting for food: The Starfish Cafe (open during the summer season) is located right on the pool deck and serves a wide variety of food to make everyone happy.
Oh - and there's Movie Night on the pool deck (summer season only) - completely free and open to all guests and owners. It's a bit like going to a drive in - on the beach! Each week a family friendly movie is shown (via a projector on a big blow up screen) on the pool deck - the sound is played through the pool side speaker system, giving a very "retro drive in" movie feel.

There's also a TV with cable as well as a Roku box for watching Netflix movies on demand or listening to Pandora. There's a sleeper sofa, and love-seat. The living room also has a balcony overlooking the beach and Carillon homes.
Upstairs you'll find the guest bedroom, guest bath, master bedroom and master bath. The guest bedroom also overlooks the beach. surrounding Phillip's Inlet and Lake Powell (the view is simply gorgeous). This bedroom has a double size bunk bed, It's perfect for a couple or as a kids bedroom. There is also a TV (with cable) and closet room for storage. There's a guest bathroom in the hallway with a tiled walk-in shower and plenty of HOT water (our building utilizes a boiler/chiller system so we never run out of hot water).
The gulf-front master bedroom has a view of Lake Powell and private balcony, complete with table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee. There's a Kureg coffee maker in the master so you don't have to leave your room first thing. There's also a TV and closet space. The master bathroom has a full sized tub/shower. And don't worry about "staying connected" the condo has high speed Wi-Fi.

Panama City Beach is just 6 minutes to the East (Pier Park is just 8 miles down Highway 98). Destin is 30 minutes to the West (Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just 30 miles to the West).
