PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS from this 1110 sq ft 2 bed / 2 bath BEACHFRONT condo located on Tybee Island's north end. This is an entire condo rental.
Community POOL and TENNIS! Note: the pool is open year-round at HOA discretion, though it is not heated. 1st floor condo overlooks the pool; ocean view where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Mere blocks from Huc-a-poo's and walkable to the Lighthouse. Caribbean vibe decor. Private balcony and seating. King size primary with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Queen size guest bedroom with Purple mattress. Sleeper sofa. W/D in unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys included. Note: We ask that guests rinse off the chairs and toys after use. They are not part of the cleaner's responsibility on every turn.
This professionally cleaned 1,110 sq ft raised 1st floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is conveniently located on the oceanfront with private community access to the beach on Tybee's north end! Community pool and tennis! Note: Elevator in building for easy access.
Walk out the door with your swimsuit & towel for a fun-filled day of building sandcastles, watching the dolphins and the ships go by where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The neighborhood is very close and also walkable to Huc-a-Poo's, Tybean Art & Coffee Bar, the Lighthouse, and a variety of other restaurants and shops.
The condo itself has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry area with washer and dryer accessible to you, kitchen, living room, and private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Large (75 inch!) TV in living room. We have a Keurig and regular coffee maker available for your use. Wifi is also provided. Roku TV in the living room and master bedroom. Premium mattresses; Tempur-Pedic king size in primary bedroom and Purple queen size in guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa. Stainless steel appliances. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. 2 spaces for parking in the parking lot.

- To ensure a delightful start to your mornings, our kitchen is equipped with both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine.
- Drip Coffee Maker: We provide a starter pack of coffee grounds and filters to help you settle in.
- Keurig Machine: A starter pack of Keurig K-cups is available for your convenience.
We also supply sugar and dairy creamer. Please note that the creamer may be either powdered or in single serve liquid form. Should you have a specific preference, you may wish to bring your own coffee and creamer.
We provide a starter pack of supplies: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If you run out, you are responsible to purchase anything you need.
Need flowers? Our property manager is a local florist and would be glad to assist you with floral bouquets for your stay.
Traveling with small children? Our property manager is also a BabyQuip provider. Please message us with any baby / toddler supplies you need to rent and she will be happy to help as inventory permits. Cribs, car seats, toy baskets, etc. are available for a rental fee.

You can easily walk to local shops and eateries like Huc-a-poos. To get to the south end of the island, guests may enjoy biking (bike rentals are on the island). We recommend driving to other destinations locally like downtown Savannah.
This community requires a key card for access. Host will provide details as to where to pick up the key card for the stay. Loss of key card will incur a $200 fee.
All guests use the pool at their own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty. The owner, property manager, and HOA will not be held liable for guest use of pool or other community amenities.
