This is brand new villa just listed and that is why there are no reviews as of yet, but we will make sure that you will be 100% satisfied. Located in one of the most prestigious resorts in Curacao with 5 star amenities including Spa and wellness center, beach Club, restaurants, coffee shop, bar, pool, dive and snorkeling shop, walking trails, and much more. This villa is new that is why there are no reviews.

With a modern open floor plan, Ocean views from every room, extra large infinity pool and cover patios to enjoy the magnificent sunset. Private Butler/Maid service upon request. fully equipped kitchen, Air-conditioning in every room, outdoor shower, outdoor BBQ area, beautiful tropical landscaping, fully gated resort with 24/7 security. Within 20 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from downtown attractions. Many other sandy beaches within 5 to 10 minutes drive, amazing location in the middle of nature.

Renter Beware

Stayed in July 2024. The lack of air-flow inside the house we could overcome. And I get paying for electricity on this island, but when you have to wedge half the shutters in the house closed because they are broken makes it more irritating when the fans in the bedrooms and bathrooms stop working and no one shows up to fix them. But the worst part was the property manager. Upon arriving she met us at the door and demanded I sign a written contract and give her a CASH (no credit card allowed by her!) deposit or she wouldn’t give me the keys. Didn’t matter that I already did the VRBO agreement and the one she presented me was different! And the cash deposit was more than what was listed on VRBO.Then, upon check out she showed up again and demanded I pay her cash AGAIN for the electric and water usage. Did I mention the pool leaked all over the patio for a day while we were gone?! But she claimed to know the power and water rates off the top of her head. Only problem was, when I actually checked the rates online I discovered she was trying to charge me way more than the published rate for that month. I am pretty sure every action she took was against VRBO policy, but since we flew to the island, we were stuck. I didn’t pay her “rates” for power and water in the end since I had disputed them and presented her with the REAl rates directly from the utikitiy company. I would avoid renting this place until they change property owners, and be very careful if you do.

Amazing!

The villa is beautiful and suited our family of six perfectly! The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor space lends itself to hanging out and socializing. We rented a car and travelled around the island, sightseeing. The resort itself is centrally located and has many convenient amenities, including restaurants. There was good snorkeling right at the resort. Communication with Dora was excellent, both before and during our trip. She provided lots of useful info.
