Come stay at No Worries on 30A is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in the Village at Blue Mountain Beach, just off Hwy 30A, and a short walk (.6mi) to the beach! 4 Adult bikes are included so you can enjoy the many 30A bike paths.

This gorgeous home welcomes you with a bright, open floor plan with premium hardwood flooring and a chef’s dream kitchen with granite counters, a large island, and all stainless steel appliances. The gorgeous dining table seats 6 with 5 additional bar stools for the island. The Guest will fall in love with the chic beach farm house decor. This home sleeps a total of 11 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master suite, 2 guest bedrooms with a queen bed, a twin over double bunkbed plus a new Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Starting with the top floor you have a GRAND Master suite that will be the perfect spot for the grownups to unwind. It features a 4 poster King size bed and includes a separate living area with a pullout sofa and large flat screen T.V and morning kitchen. Get your day started with a cup of Joe and take in the Gulf of Mexico breeze from your private balcony. The master bathroom en suite bath, with dual sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub completes this top floor Oasis.

Moving down to the 2nd level you will find a quiet sitting area perfect for reading or checking on your social media. Both queen bedrooms have their own entrance to the 2nd floor balconies. There is additional seating to enjoy the wonderful views of the area. There are flat screens in queen rooms with ample storage. The kids will love the bunk room to hang out. There is a full bath on this level with dual sinks and a tub and shower combo.

The main floor, in addition to the large open living area with a 65" T.V. large dining and Chef Kitchen there is a full bath & full size washer and dryer to accommodate all those beach towels.

Besides the many balconies to enjoy there is also a spacious outside deck equipped with an outdoor sofa, table and chairs . This is the perfect gathering spot to complete the day and enjoy a meal from the barbie. In addition, there is an outside shower to help wash off the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Village at Blue Mountain Beach along 30 A offers : world-class dining, entertainment, shopping and a local intuition. Guests will love the convenience of Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, perfect for an evening stroll and after dinner treat, or fresh coffee and donuts in the morning! This is a very quiet and private neighborhood with its own fitness center, pool, cabana and three recreational courts just around the block from the home. This house provides privacy for your family and guests, but is part of the greater Blue Mountain community and is conveniently located near excellent dining, such as; Great Southern Cafe in Seaside, Chanticleer Eatery in Grayton Beach, Stinky's Fish Camp in Dune Allen, and Fish out of Water in Watercolor, as well as funky dining with great jazz at The Red Bar in Grayton Beach . If something more causal is your liking, plan on visiting the plethora of food trucks lining 30A in Seaside. The home is also near Gulf Place which offers great shops, outdoor dining at highly rated, Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar.
