With an industrial-style gas range and a stainless steel four-door fridge, the gourmet kitchen is sure to impress foodies. Ample glossy counter space makes it easy to prepare fresh ingredients.

Four can perch at the kitchen bar while dinner simmers. When it's time to eat, serve home-cooked creations in the beautiful dining area for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the master suite, detailed with a plush king bed and a 42in TV. The sparkling master bathroom features a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a water closet.

Find a queen bed in the guest room, which has direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom features a queen bed plus a 40in flat-screen for cozy movie screenings.

The bright guest bathroom features a finely tiled tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Find your bliss on the deck, where comfortable lounge furniture surrounds a gas firepit. Tall hedges add an air of seclusion to this space, with a table for four. Slip into the hot tub to sip an after-dinner drink.

The balcony (accessed via the guest room) is another alfresco haven with seating and a peekaboo view of the ocean.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (one in the garage and two in the driveway). The garage has a Tesla Wall Connector.

A water filtration system allows for drinkable water out of any of the home's faucets.

This two-story home is accessed via a short flight of stairs at the entry.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
