Enjoy direct access to the deck. Get cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen, outfitted with quality appliances and wood accents. Convenient gadgets include a toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. When it's time to eat, share meals at the dining table for four.

To swim, fish, or utilize the trails, please contact Vacasa in advance to be added to the owner's guest list. Once you're added to the guest list, take the owner's ALA card to the ALA office. Guests 18+ years will pay $10/person per day, and guests 17 years and under are free.
Although this home does not have air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures in the mountains.
This home does not have a washer/dryer.
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
