With an open floor plan, the main house features one large living area perfect for entertaining, including a separate media room that can be closed off via pocket doors. The full kitchen provides everything you'll need to whip up tasty meals for your group. Find three well-appointed bedrooms and a guest bathroom - the main suite includes an en-suite bathroom, a TV, and direct access to the yard.

Outfitted with a private entrance, the guest suite provides a full bathroom and a TV.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
All leases require a 30-day minimum rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
