Lake Life Condo with Brook, Lake, & Pool Views

The Lake Life Condo is conveniently located on the first floor and boast a serene view of a flowing brook, lake, and pool. You will surly enjoy the sounds of the waterfall during your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Dock your boat steps from the patio! At night you will sleep soundly on upgraded memory foam mattresses. The open concept kitchen/living room is sure to fulfill your needs, if not enjoy two restaurants on the water within walking distance. Minutes away from Walden Golf Course.

The spacious bedroom hosts a queen size bamboo mattress with a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper and a 55 in smart TV so you can log on to your favorite streaming service. On either side of the bed you will find a USB & USBC outlet plug. Enjoy the fresh air continuously filtered air with the Levolt air purifier. Draw the curtains for a cozy mid-day nap or just for a great nights sleep. Closet space is provided with plenty of room to hang clothes and dresses. Extra pillows, iron, ironing board and steamer located in the closet.

The modern spa like bathroom is surly to impress and is equipped with all the essentials; Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Hand Soap, & Hair dryer. Plenty of luscious white washcloths, hand towels, bath towels, and bath mats provided.

The open concept kitchen presents a large quartz countertop with plenty of room for cooking. Leave the scrubbing to the Dishwater with the detergent pods provided. The stainless steel French Door refrigerator and freezer will provide plenty of space for your food and beverages. The ice maker even has an extra tray to keep up with all your ice needs. Energize your mornings with freshly made coffee from the Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamer provided.

Relax and unwind in the tranquil living space. There is nothing like enjoying an early morning cup of coffee on the chaise lounge while listening to the sounds of the waterfall. The 65 inch smart TV with upgraded sound system will surely impress. The couch houses an upgraded memory foam mattress with optional elevated head rest. For extra privacy pull the blackout curtains for a great night sleep!
From the back patio you have a stunning view of the brook, pool, and lake. Enjoy the sights from the rocking chairs or porch swing. There is truly nothing like being steps away from the water!

Beautiful property that is completely upgraded! It was easy to access with plenty of parking. Host was great! Easy to reach with any questions or concerns! I definitely recommend this location and will book again when we are back that direction for another staycation!!!!!!

Houston Escape

Nice clean condo, ideal for a couple. Even though not really used, it was nice to see that the kitchen was completely equipped with cookware and dishes. Great well maintained pool in very close proximity. Nice patio in the back overlooking the green area with a small creek. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great place on the lake

We had a great time here. The property is right on the lake which made getting on our paddle boards very easy. The pool is also right across the walkway. The place was quiet and night and had everything you would need for a vacation.

Lake Conroe Trip

We rented this condo while visiting family in the area. It was absolutely perfect. The running brook through the property was absolutely beautiful. The bed must have been some kind of memory foam bc it was the best two nights of sleep I’ve had in years. The condo was fully stocked with everything you need. I will definitely make this my “home away from home” when visiting my family in the future.

Hi I’m Sydney! I’m a nurse at the VA hospital in Houston, TX. I work in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit where life is always crazy and exciting. I’m from Knoxville, TN and have lived in Houston for about 5 years. I have the best dog and Husband anyone could ask for!

My husband and I chose this property because of the view. We love the privacy provided by the serene brook located right outside our patio door. Along with being able to see our boat parked in our private cove. The views of the pool from the patio is an added perk. The Lake life condo is our home away from home and we hope you will appreciate all it has to offer as much as we do.
