Welcome to Fourteen at Mullet Bay. One of St. Maarten's most exquisite and luxurious beachfront residences, located directly on the famous Mullet Bay beach and golf course.

Step foot into this lovely three-bedroom apartment as you will be greeted by the spectacular panoramic views of Mullet Bay Beach as well as its surrounding islands; St Kitts & Nevis, and Saba.

This apartment's interior will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvinated as the lighting and tones is the perfect match with the island’s color and decor. Moreover, you will notice few paintings in the apartment that is hand-made by our famous local artist Espa. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a small couch ideal for a family setting. Each room features an Italian-style bathroom shower and tactile mirror to enhance the guest's experience. The three bedrooms each offer its own unique style of decor keeping the same island energy. All bedrooms include comfortable king beds with a smart TV to ensure a relaxing stay.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end appliances. It can also be set up at any time by a personal chef if desired. The dining table can accomodate up to 6 people. There is also a laundry room equipped with intergrated washing machine / dryer. There is also a bluethooth speaker at your disposition to listen to your favorite music and get inspired by the view. Everthing you need for the perfect family vacation !

This is the ideal location because it is only a few minutes drive to one of the world's most photographed beaches, Maho Beach, where you will witness the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It is also a 15 minutes drive to the French side capital, Marigot, and 10 minutes to Simpson Bay, where you can find all the restaurants and experience the island's nightlife.

Great Place to Stay!

This hotel was close to everything we wanted to do during our trip to Sint Maarten. It was roughly 10 mins. from the airport, and about 15 mins. from a lot of the “popular” restaurants. Room was very clean, concierge was nice and helpful which made check-in/out a breeze. The views from the room were amazing & nice to see during sunrise and sunset. Also there were things like beach chairs, etc. available for us guests to use which was awesome! I would definitely recommend to book your stay here! (:

Absolute GEM !

Unit A501 at Fourteen is an absolute gem! This 3-bedroom corner unit has a spectacular ocean view. The spacious layout and thoughtful design created a comfortable atmosphere. The private balcony was our favorite spot to savor the view of Mullet Bay. The pool was great, very warm, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. A501 is a true haven for those seeking a stylish and unforgettable retreat at Fourteen. Highly recommended for a blissful stay!

Great stay

Huge unit, nicely decorated and great location. Elevators out of order. Housekeeping and ensuring units are properly cleaned prior to guest arrival. I spent time cleaning which should have been done prior to arrival, also given there is a cleaning fee. There was hair all on the floors ,unit not swepted, one of the bathroom's toilet not cleaned. - linens in master bed a little worn. If unit was cleaned properly I would give 5 stars. Not good to start a vacation cleaning up.

Great stay in good location

The location is near the best restaurants and the views looking out to the ocean were amazing. The apartment is spacious and had lots of beach gear that was accommodating. The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly to welcome guests and the balcony did not have any furniture to sit on, which was a bit disappointing. Also, out of the three rooms only one had wash cloths and we had to wait until the next day to get some. Other than that, I would say our stay was good. We'll be back.

The property was very nice. Excellent accommodations and great location. Pool & Fitness Center were great! Only 2 things I could suggest is to check the dryer and see why it takes so long to dry clothes and the family room needs more furniture to accommodate a family gathering to watch TV or play games.

Excellent séjour dans ce nouveau complexe

Nous avons séjourné quelques nuits dans ce nouvel appartement face à la mer. L'équipe était très sympathique. Nous avons aimé les petites attentions à notre arrivée (bouteille de rhum décoré, savons locaux, snacks...). La vue est magnifique sur mullet Bay. Nous allions tous les jours à pied nous baigner à la plage en face. Le quartier est très agréable. Nous y reviendrons prochainement. Merci

Absolutely amazing

Overall an amazing atmosphere, very inviting. Lots of space for friends and family to hang out with amazing views of the beach and the amazing sunset views in the evening. Highly recommended.

Stunning Apartment at Fourteen

My family was so lucky to be the first to occupy this beautiful 3BR apartment at Fourteen! I would give it 10 stars if the system allowed. The apartment features breathtaking views of Mullet Bay and panoramic views from every room. The kitchen is extremely well appointed with every appliance imaginable, including a Nespresso machine, high end cookware, flatware and tableware. The linens were luxurious and the beds were comfortable. We spent 2 days at Kalatua Beach Restaurant on Mullet Bay and appreciated the complimentary shuttle from Fourteen. The beach service and lunch were amazing. We spent the balance of our days on the French side at our favorite spots: Rainbow Cafe in Grand Case and Wai Beach on Orient Bay. We also appreciated the location of Fourteen. It is convenient to many great restaurants, a French Bakery and grocery stores. Ophelie and Kenza were fantastic hosts, friendly and responsive. We can't wait to return!
