Welcome to our newly updated bungalow. This beautiful home is located in Historic Linden Heights near Kettering and Downtown Dayton. Our two bedroom/1 bathroom home is cozy and offers many amenities. This beautiful home provides new linens, WIF, TV’s, and spacious kitchen and living room. Close to highway access, close to WPAFB, AF Museum, University of Dayton, MV Hospital, WSU. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Whether you stay for two nights or many, it provides the comforts of home.

Great Little Bungalow

Great, little place with everything you need in a super cute package. The proximity to restaurants, WPAFB etc. was awesome! The longest drive we had was maybe 13 minutes. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but we had no issues and was quiet for the most part. This is a great value and would absolutely stay here again! The host was awesome and gave us some great tips on good restaurants in the area. Also, do not miss the Air Force Museum….very cool and nostalgic!

Great property just as advertised

Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible from local freeway. Everything we needed was in the house. Far better and cheaper stay than any hotel would have been for us and our 8 year old grandson.

Clean but smoke smell

Bery clean and spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Neighborhood is ok. Only problem was old cold smoke smell. The owner was very responsive and provided an Odom machine. But it really did not do the trick. We did not stay much at the place but each time we came back it was very prevalent.

We made a brief stop to visit friends. The home is in a great location and perfect for our small family. It helped us land between scheduled meet ups and rest on our own time. Nicely remodeled older home in Belmont neighborhood of Dayton. Well supplied with many extras. Very clean. No problems at all. Was very convenient between the church and downtown reception for our daughter's wedding. Very convenient to highway.

My friend and I rented this place for the weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed. It has nice decor, and the property is well maintained. We had a question, and the owner was very quick to respond. We would gladly stay again!

Awesome visit!

The property was easy to find and book, the host was fast and responsive. Pictures are appropriate and accurate. Devona is a fantastic host, I've stayed in many properties (this platform and others) and she is in my top 10. The property is clean, well appointed and quiet, nice area. It met all of my needs and I will be adding it to my favorites for the next time I am in the area. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Would Recommend

I came due to the WGI Championship and it was the perfect location from where i needed to be and close to where our school was staying in their hotel for all the team. I would definitely come back to this location next year with no problem. Everything was available that I could possibly need and the owner, Devon, was easy to contact. The neighborhood was quiet at times except for the neighbor in the duplex next door who seemed like a busy bee at night but not too late into the night. Even the basement was super clean which was nice because it was my first time experiencing a basement. Im very particular about cleanliness and this home was very clean.

My friends and I came into town for some concerts at the Nutter Center. The bungalow was spacious and very clean. Full kitchen if you are wanting to cook. Devona was always quick to respond to any questions. Wifi worked great (worked remotely).

Great location

Place was exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy. We loved sitting out on the front porch. It was a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was very well stocked, down to the paper towels that weren’t even the cheap paper-thin kind. There were plenty of linens and the towels were really nice and soft. Would highly recommend and if we are back in Dayton, will be booking again.

Convenient location
