Completely furnished, spacious home with large deck and gazebo to enjoy summer nights relaxing after a day at the beach.Open floor plan, one level. Premium bedding, linens and towels galore. Central air, 3 TV's. Supplied with 4 adult bikes, wagon and high chair if needed. Large side yard is great for playing corn hole, croquet, putting green and soccer nets and ball, all provided in garage. Many indoor games for fun evenings at large dining room table. Gas grill and firepit. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and beach umbrella. Weekly rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but will consider 5 days or long weekends with approval. Dogs only welcomed, please inquire on size and details. Pet fee is for 1 dog. Close to everything South Haven and surrounding towns have to offer! No stairs, great for seniors and kids! House is literally 2 mins to downtown and 5 min bike ride to beach.
Just bring your bathing suit and groceries!🏖

Good place to stay

We enjoyed the location of this home as it was a quick drive to the beach and downtown. Kids l loved the bunk beds and we all enjoyed sitting in the gazebo outside!

Kitchen was large and easy to move around in. Family room was also large & seating covered all tastes- squishy and loungy….firmer with back support. Comfortable bedrooms- ample hot water for 3-5 showers in succession. Temperature control was great in the house. Quiet neighborhood. Few minute drive from the beach.

Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home while on our annual trip to South Haven. The home came equipped with nearly everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We rode our bikes into town multiple times a day - a super easy, less than 5 min ride into downtown SoHa. Very short drive to the beach (could also walk but easier to drive when you have chairs, etc.) Excellent hosts!

4th of July week

We had an amazing week in South Haven. The house was perfect for us and our 3 teens. Barb was a great communicator and made all our details super easy. We loved the king sized bed in the primary bedroom and the well appointed kitchen.

Fabulous wedding weekend!

We were in South Haven for my son’s wedding and this property perfectly met our needs. The deck and gazebo space was perfect for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. The open living/dining room is spacious and we weren’t tripping over each other. It was close to everything we had planned for the trip which was a bonus. The neighbors were all very friendly as well. We had a great time.

Great stay!

Three bedroom and two full baths was great for all 5 of us adults! There is a full kitchen that had all the utensils, plates, and thoughtful amentities like coffee. Plenty of towels and beach towels too! Barb was so incredibly responsive to any questions we had and she was so kind! Everything you could need for a relaxing week at the beach. We would happily book again!!!

Great place for a family vacation

Short drive to restaurants, playgrounds, beaches, the harbor, and Bumbleberry Acres. The fire pit was great and the host had it stocked for s’mores. The house is roomy with great outdoor space.

Nice quiet setting for visitors to South Haven

Clean and well-equipped -- not one of those minimalist rental houses run by flippers for party people. Nice neighborhood, close but not too close to downtown & beaches. Has a lovely screened-in pergola for quiet summer evenings.

Perfect Family Retreat

This house was perfect for our family (3 kids, 3 to 8 YO) plus grandma, grandpa and the dog to come along! It had everything we needed! On a quiet street, the gazebo with the solar lights was great to enjoy went to bed each night, the smart TV gave them cartoons to watch when it rained, and it was nice and close to the beach! We would 100% consider using this house the next time we travel to South Haven.

Clean home. Huge yard. Played lots of games outside (that the property supplied) Great location.. 15 minute walk to the beach or down town. Property manager or owner was very fast answering back questions we had.. we would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful getaway that feels like home

Very clean, bright cheery home. Great deck and gazebo for relaxing with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything you need for a home away from home from bikes for the whole family, yard games, beach chairs, coolers, towels and a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook at home or BBQ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Fantastic property

Everything was comfortable, spacious, and sparkling clean. The Gazebo is such a lovely place to drink a morning coffee. Large deck and yard are great ways to spend the evenings. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lots if little extras to enjoy. Our family had a great week and we can’t wait to come back!

We started going to South Haven about 15 years ago and fell in love with this retro nostalgic beach town. It keeps getting better each year. We finally decided to create a home where families and friends could come to enjoy what we enjoy, so we create a rental that has everything we expect!

It is very close to downtown. Downtown is Center and Pheonix, we are Center and Humphrey, so you can retreat back to a quite haven. 2 mins to downtown and 5 mins to the most popular beach and kids' corner activity park.
