The Shipwreck cottage is a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Mexico Beach! Cozy and beautifully furnished, the master bedroom features a king size bed along with a private master bath. The guest bedroom offers two queen bunk beds that can accommodate 4 guest. Spend your day at the beach or by the community pool. Unwind on the back deck and enjoy peek a boo views with the gulf and beautiful sunset colors!

There are several restaurants and businesses open! Come see all the progress Mexico Beach has made :)

**Needing More Space** This unit and Beach Time Cottage can be rented together for larger parties. Family Reunions, Wedding events, we got you covered!

Wonderful stay

The attention to details made this place great. I appreciated the snacks which were perfect for hungry kids when we arrived and the beach/pool towels by the door. Can’t wait to stay again.

This was a perfect little cottage with a community pool. Only took 5 minutes to get to the ocean! I loved that linens were furnished along with soap and shampoo. Will stay there again.

Clean, updated and walkable to the beach

Excellent place for our beach trip. Owner may want to list that beach towels are on site so renters don’t have to bring their own. Also, a small gate at the back porch stairs would be nice to corral pets/kids if they decide to gather on the back deck for a drink or meal.

Absolutely delightful!

This is our second year staying at this property and I can’t say enough good things. First of all, Tina is amazing. She definitely goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of her guests. Her communication is quick and she resolves any tiny issue in a snap. The house is extremely clean and has everything a person really needs at the beach. Lots of comfy towels, although for the beach or pool it’s a good idea to bring extras. The beds are very nice and cozy, and the large TVs were great during rainy weather. The beach is a five minute easy walk, and it’s really convenient to have the gas station close. There were rip warnings the entire time we stayed which was a bummer, but having access to the little neighborhood pool allowed us to swim anyway. Great house, great neighborhood, great location, and Tina is fantastic!

Not very much to do or eat. One grocery store, nearest Publix is an hour away in Panama City. Sunsets are Amazinf! No dogs on beach. One patron, possibly an off duty sheriff warned me of dog policy and fines. Internet is very slow to patchy satellite service/signal.

Easy, relaxing, and PERFECT!

What a wonderful stay! The cottage was a perfect size for our family of four. It was clean, stocked with all of the necessities, and conveniently located a block across the street from the beach. My sister’s family and parents also got cottages in the Ocean View Cottages. We all would love to come back!!

Perfect Vacay Cottage

The group of cottages is cute, safe and steps from the ocean. This cottage was clean, roomy and decorated nicely. Everything you could want or need was included plus now. Beach towels, coffee pods, creamer sweetener, shampoo, conditioner, etc.. There's an outside faucet to rinse before going inside. The TV in the living room is huge so now I'm spoiled. The sofa and bed were both really comfortable. My favorite feature was the shower in the master bathroom. I highly recommend this stay.
