The Space:
This extraordinary space has gorgeous flooring throughout, all new appliances, central AC, a king size bed, a front porch grill & fire pit, an updated bathroom with walk-in shower and an outdoor soaking tub that DREAMS are made of! The unit also comes with one designated parking spot.

Guest Access:
Access is completely contactless. You will receive all check-in instructions (including a door code) 3 days prior to your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!

Getting Around:
Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the assigned parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego.

Other Things to Note:
This is a duplex with an identical unit next door. All spaces are private; none are shared. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
