Situated in the luxurious Village Walk community, this 3BR/2.5BA home is the perfect coastal retreat for groups and large families. This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and two queen-size sleeper sofas.

As you enter the main level you quickly enjoy the natural light streams into the living room, creating a cheery ambience. Unwind on the large sectional couch and two chairs. Watch favorite shows on the 65” cable TV. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and 42” cable TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and dual vanity. An additional half bath on the first floor provides added convenience. Whip up home-cooked meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full-suite of appliances. While dinner simmers, enjoy a crisp drink at the kitchen bar or sit outside in the Adirondack chairs. When you’re ready to back inside to eat, serve your tasty creations at the eight-person dining table beneath an elegant chandelier.

Featuring a unique split floor plan, accessed from the exterior stairs, the second floor boasts its own private mother-in-law suite with 2 bedrooms, 2nd living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two chairs, and 55” cable TV equipped with a DVD player as well as its own kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave! The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and 46” cable TV. The third bedroom contains two twin-size beds and a 46” cable TV with a DVD player. The second bathroom is detailed with a tub/shower combination.

Please note this home has separate sleeping quarters between the 1st and 2nd floors which can be accessed by outdoor stairs. This layout is perfect for groups that want a bit more quiet and privacy!

Amenities at Village Walk include two heated/cooled pools inside a gated community.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and assigned parking for two cars in the driveway, plus a golf cart parking area.

Great place!

We loved everything about this property. Locations and amenities all good. We had to call the Property Management for internet / Wi-Fi issues and they were very helpful and made sure we got it all taken care of. This place is super cute! We loved the beachy decorations etc. Beds are comfortable, we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was just as described online. The upstairs was perfect for our 18 yr old and her friends. We may book again this summer if we come back to Port A.

We really liked that the two bedrooms and 2nd living area were separated by the outside entrance. The layout allowed for a lot of privacy and space for everyone. We also enjoyed having access to the neighborhood pool. We were originally supposed to stay at a different house in a different location, but got moved last minute due to maintenance issues. New Wave was very helpful with the last minute scramble and ensuring we had a place to stay. To make up for the inconvenience, they gave us a golf cart to use for free. Having the golf cart was very nice because the house is a pretty good distance from the beach.

Cute and comfortable!

The house was very clean, cute, and well maintained. It was plenty big for our group of 10. Very comfortable and felt like home. It had all the things necessary to cook for a large group. Only complaint we had is the description and welcome email said there was a grill and fire pit. There were neither on the property. We bought food prior to checking in that needed to be grilled. Unfortunately we weren’t able to make that dinner because cooking 16 burgers and 10 bratwurst on the stove would have taken too long. We also bought s’more items and couldn’t do them. Other then that, it was a great house and we would definitely consider staying again.

Nice place nice area but ehh

We didn’t have any problems really but it was dirty there was dog hair everywhere and personally It’s gross! The carpet had not been cleaned in awhile it was matted with hair and crumbs like it’s been aaaaaawhile since someone vacuumed and for the price we paid I feel like it should be extra clean other than that it was nice bed was comfy place was cute and safe.

Fun Family Stay

We've stayed here before and it's a great house to spread the family out and yet still be close. Very close to the beach access, town, etc.. Also like the fact that it's in a gated area.

FANTASTIC!

My family and I travel a lot and use short-term rentals through VRBO almost exclusively. We have stayed in short turn rentals all over the country. This is the nicest we have experienced. I highly recommend it.

Great Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean, easy to navigate, and very comfortable. We stayed downstairs and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Turnkey helped us when the internet was down and got it taken care of right away. The pool is right across the street from the condo. The only thing I would recommend is that there is a broom and dustpan available. We could have used it to brush sand off outside (there were two hoses outside to use which was great) or to pick up crumbs and spills. We got a fly swatter too to get rid of a few flies that came in when the door was opened.

There was a vape pen on the kitchen counter left behind from guest before us. Also dust bunnies upstairs. Side door to kitchen downstairs needs a lock like the front door, we used it more than the front door. The wifi didn't work when we got there( unplugged), weak upstairs when it did work. Needed more trash bags than they left us. Liked having the shower chair for my disabled Dad. Overall good stay

Dirty bedding & fleas

Property management is very unprofessional, and lacks communication with guest. Home was in unacceptable conditions, and I did not feel that home was cleaned to the covid-19 standards promised on the house description. As we settled in the rental house we noticed that all the bedding were stained, and had human & dog hair all over. Bed sheets looked liked they had not been changed due to the amount of hair we found on the sheets. We saw fleas on the down stairs bed. We called the number provided for it to only be an answering service which was not local. I was promised that the house cleaner would be by same day to address the issue along with pest control to address the fleas, but no one showed up. We called a 2nd time on the date of arrival, and we were told again to allow some time for cleaner to come by. At about 10:00PM on date of arrival we gave up, and started washing the sheets ourselves in order to sleep on descent sheets. We started our vacation time washing bedding instead of enjoying our time. On the 2nd day we waited until 1:00pm before we called the 3rd time, to only find out that the person answering the phone could only take a message she was not local, and couldn't do anything else for us but put in a ticket with our issue. We checked out on our departure date, and never received a call from property management, house cleaner never showed up to address the dirty bedding. I'm beyond disappointed with the lack of communication from the property management, and did not feel that this house cleaned to covid-19 safety standards. I would not not recommend renting from Turn Key. As I write this review 4th day after placing our first phone I have yet to receive a call from property management.

Perfect Getaway

We like to come down during off season when the crowds die down but the weathers still nice. The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the coffeemaker but it was replaced while we were enjoying our day at the beach. The beds and bedding were super comfy and the restrooms like a spa. We were even able to experience the pool which was walking distance and made for a nice relaxing day. The only thing that I would mention but won’t lower my rating was the WiFi, our phones were next to useless in the house. The instructions said to look for a ‘Turnkey’ WiFi signal but we couldn’t find it and we even reset the modem. Other than that everything was wonderful and we will definitely return.

(Both AT&T and Verizon.) If you’re looking for a device free vacation, this place is perfect. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. It was super easy to get to the beach, either with a car or rented golf cart.
