Located on a dead-end street and offering much-needed privacy, this terrific mountain view home is ready to be your home base for your next family adventure! Outdoor living is key for most people and this home won't disappoint. Find a private pond on the property, a large yard, and an equally large deck with a private outdoor hot tub, a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues with the family, and a nice and well-appointed lounge area.
The main living area of this mountain gem is on the second level of the home, offering a homey and well-equipped open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room hosts inviting furniture along with a wood stove (please provide your own wood) and a large wall-mounted smart TV with streaming capabilities. The kitchen is complete with gorgeous wood cabinets and all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted by the two coffee makers available (regular and Keurig). When mealtime comes around, the dining table will be perfect for family meals. This level also hosts one bedroom and a half bathroom.
The basement features two bedrooms (one of them being a bunk bedroom), a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a private sauna. Upstairs, on the third level, guests will find two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One of these bedrooms features a private balcony overlooking the yard and pond.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a Camera located over the Garage, a second one near the owner basement access and both Entryways of the home have cameras, this is for security purposes only.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
