Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like modern futnirture, chic chromatic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area
