This condo includes all the essentials of home! A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TV with local channels capability, plus linens and towels. We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This specific condo features a larger lanai extending from the living room to the master bedroom, providing stunning views of sunsets over Sanibel! The master bedroom features a king bed with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing up to 6 guests. The guest bathroom in the hall has a shower/tub combo.

Located at the North end of Fort Myers Beach, right next to Bowditch Park and .9 of a mile to the famous Time Square area! This is the most northern building and has special views like no other.

There is one assigned parking spot per unit.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).
