When you first walk through the door, you are met by a wall of windows showcasing the panoramic view of endless waves and the outer islands of Lanai and Molokai off in the distance. You will feel like you are floating on top of the world while looking down onto the shoreline from your private lanai. You can often see sea turtles swimming in the crystal-clear waters below and from December through April, you can see the playful humpback whales breaching out of the ocean. Use the binoculars to get a close-up, unobstructed look at all the wonderful Maui sea life. The Mahana at Kaanapali provides everything you need for your next vacation in paradise!

The quiet surroundings and manicured tropical gardens at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer guests a wonderful sense of privacy yet all the exciting activities of Kaanapali Beach are close by. The resort is located in the central and convenient Honokowai area on Maui's west side. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk that goes for miles and eventually leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke’s restaurant next door or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Molokai Building Tower Roof Replacement Notice 2025: Please be advised of upcoming construction activities that may affect your stay. Pre-construction work will begin on March 24, 2025, involving material hoisting, barricade installation, and crane setup.  From April 21, 2025 to May 21, 2025 there will be extensive construction work and noise during scheduled roof demolition.

From approximately April 21 to June 25, 2025, the building’s HVAC system will be out of service, in addition to ongoing construction noise and water outages. These dates are subject to change based on construction issues and timeline.

Major roof demolition is scheduled to start on April 21, 2025, and will generate significant noise for approximately 30 days, with additional shorter noise periods expected throughout the project. There may also be occasional water outages, but service will be restored by the end of each workday. Advance notice of disruptions will be provided whenever possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

A special construction rate is offered for this time to reflect the lack of air conditioning and construction noise.   Extra fans will be available for guest use.  Given the special construction rate and advance notification, reservations during this time period not cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date will be non refundable.

No Mail Allowed: We are unable to receive USPS mail, including letters and packages at this rental. For medical-related items, please contact our Reservations Team for assistance.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay

Perfect stay and breathtaking view!!!

This Studio was wonderful for our Honeymoon stay. We had at the Studio all what we need.The view from the lanai is Beautiful.It was very clean.We would Book it again.

True oceanfront gem

The oceanfront views from this 10th floor unit and views of Lanai and Molokai were spectacular along with spotting of sea turtles. We loved that the location was at the end of the beach walk and enjoyed morning walks along the beach, stopping in at Dukes for breakfast, and even walking 1.8 miles to Whalers Village where more restaurants and shopping awaits you! The condo was clean and well stocked with daily items for use, including laundry pods and dryer sheets. Communication with Maui Paradise Properties was awesome as they provided so much preliminary and real time information, even letting us know on the day of arrival that we can check in early. We’ll definitely be back!

Can’t get any closer to the beach! 10th floor looking out at the ocean, sunsets, and porpoises jumping around the sail boats. Looking down at the turtles and fish. Very few put you this close to the water with remodelled style and thoughtfulness. Everything you need to dine in or pack a lunch for the beach. The sound of the waves to morning coffee. Food trucks, grocery store, shops within a few minutes walk. Secure gate access to the beginning of the boardwalk to the South. Or just walk the beach. Lots of Aloha for the amazing experience.

Favorite stay in Maui

My wife and I have stayed in Maui a few times and this was our best experience with lodging. When we first arrived, I noticed how beautiful the grounds were and the crews were constantly working hard to keep it tidy. The check in process was simple. The condo had everything that we needed and some. We were not expecting soaps, lotions, shampoo etc, it is clear that the company does everything to make their guests comfortable and happy. I used the 24 hour text line during our stay to report some neighbors who were smoking on their Lanai underneath our unit. I immediately received a response and the problem was handled. Thank you! My wife and I will be staying here again in the future and will also refer our friends and family to Mahana as well!
