Summary:
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located 15 minutes away from downtown Traverse City. This modern house sleeps 8 and has an immense patio to enjoy your morning coffee or late night wine.

*Per Township Regulations, this house sleeps 8 adults but an additional two kids under the age of 5 are permitted, for a total of 10*

The Space:
Walk into the master bedroom on the top level that holds a king size bed, full length mirror, dresser, and spacious walk in closet. This bedroom also has a full ensuite private bathroom.

Also located on the top floor you will find a calming office space with a desk and comfortable day bed to relax during a long day of work.

On the main floor you will find two guests bedrooms, a full bathroom, one living room, and the kitchen.

Walk into our first guest bedroom that has a king sized bed, full length mirror, chair, and a closet to hold all your belongings.

Right next door is our second guest bedroom that holds two queen beds, a full length mirror, and a closet to hold all your belongings.

Also located on this open main floor plan is a kitchen, dining room, and living room big enough to host all of your guests. The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you would need to stay in and cook for your family after a long day of exploring all that Traverse City has to offer. The living room has a large flat screen tv and furniture to relax.

***TV has Hulu live and streaming services***

Walk down the stairs to find the perfect place to relax and entertain all of your guests. Right when you walk down you will find a pool table along with selfs full of adult and kid games. Also in this open area you will find a second living room with a large flat screen TV, guitar, speaker, and a bar area equipped with a fridge and glasses to become your own mixologist.

The third guest bedroom is also located in the basement and holds a queen bed and a half bath across the hallway.

Lastly you will find a laundry room with a free washer and dryer.

**Patio furniture will be out during the months of May-October.**

Perfect for our family!

This was the perfect home for our family! So home-y. It was spacious, yet felt cozy. Maybe because of all the open frame wood details. On it's own, felt privately remote and yet only 15 minutes from T.C. Very peaceful. Large deck for conversation. Loved this property!

Location!!!

This place is perfect for those who want to experience many different places. We were able to go to Glen Arbor, Traverse City and Northport. This VRBO was centrally located between these 3 places. Only suggestion I would recommend would be to have a fan or window air conditioner for the upper floor master bedroom. It was so beyond hot up there with just a ceiling fan that didn’t help much.

Can’t wait to return!

This property was absolutely amazing. Perfect location… Close to Leelanau and downtown Traverse City but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The house is wonderful. Slept eight comfortably and beautifully outfitted. We lacked for nothing. Our host was also super-prompt and very helpful. My family and I can’t wait to go back!

Great house, no air conditioning

I had a group of 8 stay at this house and it was a great stay other than the fact the air conditioning didn't work and the daily high temperatures were in the low 90s/high 80s. The Host was very quick on communication and did have someone come try and fix it but it didn't work and the house was very warm. When I asked the Host for a partial refund due to the very uncomfortable temperatures, I was denied. I'm currently trying to work with VRBO due to their "Book with confidence guarantee", as air conditioning is a material aspect of a home when the temperatures are that hot (and the listing stated it had air conditioning). If the AC gets fixed and I get a partial refund, I would recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The Slope Lodge was everything described and more! The check-in/check-out process was the easiest we have had. The house was perfect for 7 of us and we spent a lot of time playing billiards in the lower section. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely look at visiting again!

Exceptional Stay

Wowzers! This stay was more than we could have imagined. Gorgeous home, well-appointed and close to several restaurants and wineries.
