Being so close to the beach, this apartment in the renowned Emaar 52/42 Tower is at an extraordinary location.
The inside is well thought out. Together, the apartment's contemporary furnishings and vintage accents create a timeless aesthetic. Reflect on the sublime beauty of Dubai from the comfort of a spacious terrace.

Let’s tour the place

The unit is spread over 69 m2 and has capacity for 2 people. It is located on the 17th floor of 52/42 Tower 2, in one of the most sought after residential areas in Dubai.
The living room has a large grey sofa with light pastel-colored cushions, a mustard-yellow armchair and two white stools. In front, a wooden TV unit topped with a smart TV for you to enjoy your favorite shows. From within the room you can access the private terrace furnished with a sofa set and a table, to enjoy a refreshing drink while watching the sun diving gracefully into the sea.
Next to the living area is a dining corner, where a round table with 4 chairs are nested near the open kitchen.

This main room is naturally well-lit, thanks to glass doors letting in natural light, and is filled with wall arts and decorations.
The kitchen at the apartment is compact, yet all inclusive. It is filled with light-colored wooden cabinets and granite countertops, and has equipment such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven, nesspreso machine refrigerator, toaster, freezer, stove, wine glasses, and complementary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and oil facilities,
Inside, you’d find the charming bedroom; it comes with a comfortable queen-size bed dressed with white linens, nightstands with lamps, a chest of drawers with a mirror of top, wardrobe with hangers, as well as paintings and decorations.

The bathroom at the apartment is filled with light-colored tiles and features a bathtub, a large mirror with a washbasin, and a toilet, as well as amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and central air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

The two towers, of 52 and 42 storeys, are home to units with spectacular panoramic views of Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and the beautiful Arabian Sea, not to mention the spectacular Downtown Dubai skyline in the distance. The towers are well connected to transport options around the area, making commuting around the area easy.

Discover the neighborhood

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighbourhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
