Farmhouse Cottage in The Woods with Farm Animals- NO PETS

Nestled back on 14 wooden acres this country cottage is a hidden gem! This Brand New Two Bedroom Cottage soundly sleeps a family of six. With a Queen bed master and the other room containing a full bunk bed with pull out mattress underneath. Bathroom has duel head shower for a spa like experience.

Take the whole family outside and enjoy a private patio, swinging chairs from a large oak tree and a hammock to gaze at the clouds.

Just beyond your outdoor oasis walk on over and enjoy the mini farm where sounds and smells are totally free! Feed the chickens and pet the friendly goats. Cock-a-doodle-do!!

Enjoy the woods even more and take a hike through the woods and you’ll discover a family fun spot! There’s a 50s diner, Ice Cream Shop, Wilderness Trails Zoo and Alpine Putt Putt all within walking distance!

The Hidden Oaks Cottage & Farm isn’t far from anything! It’s conveniently located in Birch Run right by Frankenmuth! Enjoy downtown Frankenmuth, Bronners and The Birch Run Outlets! We are located near several golf courses! ***ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS ALLOWED

Very nice farmhouse cottage

We were very pleased with cleanliness and everything that was provided in the cottage. It was very cute. My 14 year old daughter loved the goats and the rest of the animals. We enjoyed it.

Great spot for the family

We enjoyed our stay very much! Convenient to everything and yet got us away into a quiet spot. We loved the nearby zoo. A hidden gem! Only thing I would change is the rooms got a little warm and I couldn’t change the temp.

Quick Spring Break Getaway

This little cottage is just a 10 minute drive from Frankenmuth. The Cottage is clean and a great place for our family to hang out and play games. The goats, bunnies, puppies, and pigs on the mini farm onsite were an added bonus! Even with bad weather it was such a comfortable and cozy place to be. I'd come back in a heart beat!

Great location

Cool unique little cabin in the woods. The farm animals are the best bonus of staying here. Super quiet off the road. Cabin is small but updated with cute decor. Made the perfect place for our mother/daughter shopping trip. Would definitely stay again.

Charming and relaxing

It was the perfect little getaway for our girls weekend away! This house is so charming. Everything was updated, clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and we all had our own bed for the three of us. There was plenty of room if we would've had more in our party. It was fun to see the adorable farm animals and to be back in the woods, but close to the town. We definitely want to come back again!

Was a cute little cottage in the woods. It was close to everything but you felt like you were away from it all. We love animals and the goats, rabbits and fowl were nice to have around.

Most amazing stay ✨️

I can't say enough about our stay in this adorable little cottage. First of all, i haven't slept that well in years. The beds and bedding are super comfortable. The location is absolution perfect for anything you want to do in the area and the owner was amazing. And of course... like everyone says, the baby goats are like icing in an already perfect cake. I can't say enough. Will definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area. 1 million stars 🌟

Charming little house

We loved feeding the goats and the house was very clean. We really appreciated the snack selection. We would stay there again if we were in the area. We had to change our reservation and the owner was very accommodating.

Lovely Stay

First, we were greeted by a baby goat that escaped his fenced in area. Though he was an escapee, this was such a highlight to our stay there. The host answered emails immediately and provided a great comfortable stay. Beds were awesome, couch was comfy and the big tv was a great addition to come back to after a long day. Would highly recommend this place and if we are ever back in town, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Fantastic Girls Weekend

We had a fantastic weekend! The property was exactly as advertised. The cottage was so clean and cozy. It is beautifully decorated. We, me and my nieces, LOVE animals, so having goats, sheep, bunnies, chickens, and ducks right outside our door made us SO happy. We we able to feed and play with them. The newborn goats are the cutest things you will ever see! The property owners were friendly and very responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back for another girls weekend!!

Clean, comfortable and animals for entertainment! Doesn’t get much better. Surprised by all the small thoughtful things - snacks, coffee, water and crackers to feed the goats! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem close to Birch Run and Frankenmuth

Our hosts were amazing and the cottage stay exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for our visit and allowed us a spot to relax after being out all day. We will be back and we hope to be able to book here again.

Goat-tastic

Wonderful girls weekend exploring Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Perfect location about two miles from each location. Great size cottage for 4 adults or a small family. We LOVED feeding the goats and talking to the bunnies. Nice wooded location, good patio and fun hammock and glider chairs. FYI: very small kitchen ( but fine for a weekend) and we loved the shower even if the hot water tank was on the small size. Would definitely stay here again !!! Thanks

Homey cottage

Very cozy! Nice attention to detail and decorating. Twin bed in the one bedroom was more of a trundle but we had space for everyone to sleep. No cooking other than microwave which i think i just overlooked and ir was fine. Kids loved the animals and could run outside and play. Patio made for extra sitting space. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

Great stay with kids

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin had everything we needed plus snacks and nice touches like soft blankets. The beds were comfortable. We loved being around the farm animals and our kids loved feeding the goats. We had fun exploring Frankenmuth and just as much fun at the cabin.

I will never forget our stay here! The owners made my partner and I feel so special for Valentine’s Day! And accommodated to all our requests for our stay. Will be back for sure!!! Also feeding the goats was one of our fav things!
