This luxurious destination house is like staying at a private resort just for your friends and family. The vast fenced backyard is an entertainment utopia with unobstructed mountain views thanks to the neighboring ecological reserve. Fix yourself a cocktail at the full outdoor bar, complete with a sink and mini-fridge. There's also a built-in grill and countertop seating for five, so you can host the cookout of your dreams. The neighboring pergola covers one of two large outdoor dining tables for a more relaxed dining option. Admire the lush palm trees right on the grounds or play a few rounds of ping-pong at the table out on the patio. Younger guests will love the playground nestled in a quiet corner on the side of the house.
Spend perfect Southern California days in the outdoor pool with an attached hot tub. Recline on one of the cushioned chaise lounges or the partially-shaded round patio daybed when you're ready to dry off. After sunset, the whole group can gather on the adjacent circular sofa that surrounds the firepit.
The home's design flows seamlessly from outdoors to indoors. Step from the second exterior dining area - covered and with recessed lighting - directly into one of the formal interior dining areas or the eat-in kitchen's table. You'll find glistening chandeliers and multiple living areas throughout the home's upscale two stories. The primary suite has its own sitting area along with an en suite bathroom with an enormous garden tub and oversized walk-in shower.
The guesthouse is accessible from the backyard and has a kitchenette, a seating area with a sofa bed, and two desks in a modern theme.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
