Situated on a dead end road, vacationers are within the heart of Hampton beach while still having much privacy.

The space
-- Main Level -- The main living area consists of one bedroom with a queen- sized bed, wall-mounted TV, a dresser and shelves for storage. The first floor bathroom has a tiled shower and a vessel sink. The industrial design kitchen, with its leathered granite, is equip with pots, pans, utensils (everything needed for cooking) and a coffee station. The living room features a comfy sectional, floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding glass door. The slider leads out to the back deck which overlooks the marsh.

-- Upper Level -- The sunny mezzanine boasts of vaulted ceilings and skylights. On this level, is the master bedroom with a queen sized bed, wall-mounted TV and a work station. The master suite has a custom bathroom with tiled walls and a relaxing soaking tub. A washer and dryer is also located on this level.

-- Additional Information --
There are 2-3 free parking spaces on the property. However, parking is at the risk of all our guests. Occasionally, during super high tides the water table may rise 18 inches above the ground level. This rising water may damage cars and property. For this reason, keep a watch on the tide tables and, if needed, move cars to the street or public parking area at the top of the street. Super high tides are infrequent, but possible.
