Great 4 bedroom home with ample deck space, and a hot tub on the deck with full gulf view! Outdoor fire pit, built in picnic table under house and literally “Barefoot Steps To The Beach”! Enjoy Gulf breezes and sounds of the waves from the new FirePit in the front yard. After enjoying ocean views with your morning coffee, grab your beach bag and head straight to beach, you are steps away! Inside the house you will find open living, kitchen and dining area that will make hanging out with friends and family easy while cooking, eating, watching TV or just enjoying the Gulf views from couch! 4 well appointed bedrooms (2 have ocean views). There are 4 smart Tv’s, wifi and satellite TV included. Sheets and towels are provided and beds are made for your arrival. “Barefoot Steps To The Beach” is sure to please and books fast.

Sitting on the beach - the fireworks were much more than I could have imagined. Very clean house and adequately stocked with the advertised amenities. The cargo lift was A+. A truly great 4th of July week. One thing to consider: the house is on a beach access road, so there was a lot of traffic to/from the beach. (Reason for property location 4 star rating due to the noise)

They made sure we had everything we would need even a playpen for the deck for the baby. Plenty of seating on the deck, below under house, in the living room for visiting and huge table area for meals and game nights. Location was amazing with big green yard and fire pit with wood ready for enjoyment. We will definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family. Cobb reality was a joy to work with, always helpful and quick responses when I had a questions leading up to our visit. We give the them and this house ten stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was very helpful upon our departure-I advised them about a few things that were in need of a little maintenance but nothing that made me call during our stay...a wobbly table leg and the main door not closing to (I’m sure it was just where they have been enjoyed)!I wish we could have used the cargo lift upon arrival & departure.Thank you and we will definitely be booking again with Cobb but we will be looking a little closer at a rental with cargo lift availability.

Great time!

This house has plenty of space and is super close to the beach. The constant sound of the waves is extremely relaxing. All of the appliances worked great. The management was quick to respond when we needed something. Overall, it was an amassing trip with perfect weather and a perfect place to relax after the beach.

Amazing Port Bolivar ocean view

The house was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect and the beach was not too crowded. The house had the perfect ocean views. Great floor plan and decor. The property was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

The location is perfect! You can sit on the porch and listen to the waves. You can walk to the beach to play and then quickly walk back to the house if you forgot something or need a quick snack. We didn't have to pack up everything in our truck and take it with us. We plan on coming back to the same house next year!
