Only a 30-minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches (ECP) airport, this home is the perfect home away from home to enjoy all that 30A has to offer including paddleboarding, fishing, biking, golfing, and more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this home! Perfect size for 2 couples and a few kids. The location is perfect - on the beach with a large wraparound porch for cocktails while watching the sunset. Plenty of seating in the large den, huge dining table and biggest, well-stocked kitchen ever. My only concern - the weather was nice and cool while we were there. It seems there may be an issue with the a/c in the hotter months. 2 stand-alone floor units were on the main floor. I would for sure get the details before booking during the summer.

Great Beach Location
The highlight of the property is the balcony, providing a perfect spot to relax, enjoy a refreshing beverage, soak up the sun, and take in the views. The house itself has rustic beach vibe that adds to the overall ambiance. During the booking process, Cole was helpful, promptly addressing any inquiries we had prior to our trip. Furthermore, we were fortunate to have a front-row seat for the 4th of July fireworks show, which left a lasting impression on us. While we were aware of the lack of window coverings in the master bath and bedroom when renting the property, it did pose a minor inconvenience. However, it's important to note that this was a known aspect of the house beforehand. One point of concern arose when a landscaping crew dedicated the last three days of our stay to thinning the underbrush from the sand dune in front of the house. Unfortunately, this prevented us from utilizing the master bathroom and shower, as well as sleeping in late due to the associated noise. Overall, despite the minor setbacks, our stay at this beach house was a memorable experience. Its superb location, coupled with the rustic atmosphere and helpful assistance from Cole, made it a great experience.

This house is extremely old. Beautiful view, but it was a no for the whole family.
The view on this house was AMAZING! You have such a big beautiful view of the beach, the sky and the ocean. The air conditioner worked amazing! It was nice being directly on the beach! We loved the view. I am not much on leaving negative reviews, but I feel it is much needed on this kind of rental due to the cost you spend. I also feel it is necessary because the way that images are either photoshopped or the angle photographers use ignorer to make pictures look picture perfect. I would have loved to know all of this ahead of time before renting because I would have chosen differently. The listing says this house was built in 2003. We have come to the conclusion that this house was maybe somewhat remodeled in 2003 but built much much earlier than 2003. The original electrical outlets are in the middle of each room! There are new electrical outlets installed, but the new ones are pretty much on the floor, too. If you stay in this house-- make sure you bring rugs, plastic cups, wine opener, sugar, curtains, washer and dryer and some normal sized spoons! The floors are old, cold, and bumpy brick. No rugs ANYWHERE in the house. Sand was everywhere. I bet you I dumped 1 cup of sand out of each bed SEVERAL times a day. There are NO curtains ANYWHERE in this house. Any time you change you have to walk outside, shut the 8 shutters on each room, then change, and then walk back and open all of the shutters. I pinched my fingers a million times. The washer and dryer need replacing!

There are a few things that would make the stay better. The kitchen had absolutely no supplies, no salt and pepper, basic spices, anything. This is a niceThing to have, especially when paying this much for a rental. Also, they were missing basic bar utensils such as a wine opener. The house was very clean, but the windows were dirty and need to be cleaned. Also, the shutters for one of the bathrooms were taken down and there was no privacy for that bathroom. Also, a book with details about taking trash out, etc would be helpful. I didn’t check my email every day but realized afterward I was supposed to take the trash out and I didn’t know where the bins were located. Overall a great stay. Just a few things that could be improved upon.

My only complaint would be the oven in the kitchen didn’t work very well and some of the furniture was just old and needed updating. But we would stay here again bc it’s such a beautiful home and it was the perfect size for our family.
