The last 4 digits of your phone number will be activated as your door entry code on the day of your arrival.

GUEST INTERACTION

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with important information including the property address. On the day of your stay you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number as the keypad code to let yourself in the exterior side door. You're welcome to reach us at anytime by messaging through the app.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

We, the owners, live next door. We're here to help if you need anything, but will leave you to enjoy The Birdhouse otherwise.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Birmingham is a fantastic neighborhood for walking and socializing. There are abundant parks and one of the area's best ice cream shops, Dairy Deluxe, 2 blocks down the street.

GETTING AROUND

Most of our guests arrive and get around by car. Downtown Birmingham is 1.0 miles away and accessible to walk to.

HOUSE RULES

No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs. No firearms or fireworks. No pets. No more than 5 people on the property. There is a maximum or 3 cars and they must be parked in the driveway (not over the sidewalk and not on the street). Violation of any of these rules will result in a $500 fee.
